Fantastic service from Joseph, Aylesbury store. My son was in so much confusion about picking up the right school shoes but Joseph eased the pressure.

Me and my son had a great experience in Clarks today. We were helped by Christina who was very professional. She realised that we have chosen a wrong size of school shoes for my son, Christina offered to measure his feet and found the perfect pair. Thank you very much.

We went shoe shopping today in the Aylesbury branch for school footwear. We were served by TJ. He was exceptionally helpful with my oldest child who has additional needs. Patient and understanding towards his behaviour and listened carefully to what we needed. Thank you so much TJ :)

We had Joseph to help my 12 year old daughter with shoe fitting. We have been trying to find shoes that fit and are sturdy for 8 months with no luck as her feet are awkward . Although busy he was patient and professional and recommended a particular style that fitted perfectly! We are over the moon

Studious....sense of humour....simply the best...Christina was absolutely fabulous with five of our grandchildren all of whom received the best advice and guidance as she steered them towards the right choices for returning to school....classy, conscientious, caring and a credit to Clarks

Recently visited the Aylesbury store to buy school shoes for my two children.
Denise was so helpful in fitting and finding the right shoe for both children, and even when my daughter took a long time finding a shoe she was comfortable with, Denise was knowledgeable and kind I helping us find mad the right fit.
Totally positive experience- would recommend wholeheartedly.

We have 5 year old autistic non-verbal twins and getting our daughter's feet measured has been pretty much impossible. She's got very upset whenever anyone's tried to measure her feet. Our son isn't overly happy with it either. We normally measure their feet using the Clarks' measuring device while they're asleep, which isn't ideal.

We popped into the Aylesbury store to see if our son would give it a go and to see whether someone could feel our daughter's feet to get an idea of whether her shoes were too tight and were served by Denise.

I explained our situation and she spoke gently and kindly to our son, putting him at ease. He actually let her measure his feet but the amazing thing is Denise, through gently talking to her and gentle but firm manoeuvring of her feet actually managed to measure our daughter's feet.

It's the first time anyone's managed it. We're hugely grateful for how kind and helpful Denise was with our kids. It was a huge help and we left with the right size shoes for once!

Not good customer service
We visited the Store on the 22nd July 24 where we encountered an older lady who clearly gave the impression she didn't want to be working in the store and it appeared that here customer service skills were Less than desirable . However if this was somebody's first visit they would be unlikely to return. I strongly recommend customer service training.

I went in to get my 2 young kids some school shoes and was given excellent service by a young man called aaron

Would like to thank Shanuu again for the excellent and pleasant assistance in the Aylesbury store earlier this month. Bought a new pair of trainers in sale, wasn’t sure which size I needed, so tried 2 different sizes. Shanuu was very helpful, and pleasant, not pushy or made to feel a nuisance (has happened in other shops, though never at Clark’s stores).

Professional & supportive customer service, while not being overbearing. Excellent standard.

Joseph served us, his service was 5 star. He went out of his way to find the right shoe sizes for my children. He also measured their sizes to make sure the shoes fit them and they feel comfortable.
