Joseph at the Aylesbury store was incredibly nice, helpful (and my daughter, age 7) says kind - helping her to pick the perfect pair of school shoes :)

I was served by Joseph in Aylesbury. He was amazing, very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond.

We went into the Aylesbury store to buy our daughter’s first pair of shoes. We were helped and served by Joseph. His service was brilliant, he made my daughter feel comfortable and even bought out a teddy bear.
He explained the sizing and which shoes would be best for her feet. Thank you Joseph, we will remember our experience.

We went to the Aylesbury store today for school shoes. We expected it to be busy and it was very busy but we were approached as soon as we walked in by a very friendly member of staff who gave us a ticket number. We did have to wait about 20 mins but the staff were really attentive, polite and reassuring that they would be with us asap.

Fantastic service from Joseph today who went above and beyond (and beyond his shift hours) to make sure my 9-yr old son was comfortable with his new shoes. So patient and caring, he gave him plenty of time to voice his concerns about different aspects of the shoe fit and came up with a solution that worked for us. Many thanks!

We visited the Aylesbury store this week and were helped by Dylan who was fantastic with our teenage daughters, made our experience very enjoyable and easy!

We arrived Monday after pay day in August for school shoes at the Aylesbury store and there was no queue. Brilliant!
We were greeted with a smile from all and were served throughout by Christina.
She had great knowledge of feet and shoes which would be best suited. When it became known there was little choice in the style she recommended for my youngest, Christina researched to see if a pair which were on the shelf but old stock, so limited sizes in store, were available and she found a pair online. This pair were not on the main website.
Since they were old stock they were on sale too so I spent much less than I anticipated :)

I was served by Joseph, who was only too happy to assist with my purchase.

We would like to thank Jospeh and Gemma for their prompt and efficient service they gave us in the Aylesbury store today. A problem had been found with our Grandsons shoes and it was solved by them without any long drawn out problems or fuss. Thank you again, we will return hoping you serve us.

I had a lovely relaxed time in the Aylesbury store today, with kind and helpful assistance from Joseph. He helped me find a pair of sandals which I am looking forward to wearing. I'd like to mention how soft and comfortable the Sabina Sling sandals are and they fitted my feet with their high arches admirably.

We went to Clark’s today to get my 14 month old his first pair of shoes as he is beginning to walk a few steps. Joseph came straight over to see if he could assist us and was very helpful showing us what shoes would be suitable for first shoes, he then measured his feet to check his size, all the time chatting to our little boy and making it fun and enjoyable for him. We found the perfect pair and he was straight off walking round the shop showing them off! Thank you so much Joseph for the time and effort you put into helping us find the perfect pair. Would definitely recommend Clark’s and particularly Joseph to help find your little ones shoes.

Our experience in Clarks was excellent. Special mention to Joseph who was fantastic - very helpful, knowledgeable and lovely with my 2 year old as well. He took his time to fit my son's shoes properly and gave great advice. Will definitely be back.

Joseph at the Aylesbury store was great. He was very helpful in measuring my 2 boys and finding the right shoes. He was on his own at the time and a couple of customers were waiting but we didn't feel rushed at all. He was very good 😊

Joseph at the Aylesbury branch was helping my son and myself buy him some shoes for school. He was very helpful and spent plenty of time to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. My 15 year old son also said that he was very helpful. I don't normally write reviews but you deserve this Joseph.
