All good used to service my boiler for years
Good until a leak occurred after the fitting of a new shower
They refused to take responsibility for it despite leak detection company finding that the fault was theirs.
They changed the piping as a ‘Good Will’ gesture.
The leak stopped.
Fortunately I could claim on my insurance.
This all went on for over a year!
CJs and Ash have been my go to now for the last 3yrs for all my rentals properties, Honestly no need to go to anyone else. Prime example, screwed through a 22m heating pipe. They had someone to me in 30mins no time at all. From the girls in the office to boss man himself any plumbing or electrical needs the only company to call. Can not recommend them enough 6 stars

Charlie and his team have been fantastic from start to finish for our new boiler installation and pipe work re run. They hit a few obstacles on the way due to the nature of the building but were very efficient, professional and punctual on all scheduled dates

We have asked CJ to change a stop cock on our tank. We paid them for call out. They couldn't fit the one we had and ordered a new one. We paid for all the works in advance. It's been two months of chasing them to finish the work... no results... Do not use them.
Came and fitted hob and replaced boiler expansion vessel. Both now working really well. Charlie was both really helpful and got on with the job quickly. Thanks very much!
Charlie is professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done! He's also a lovely bloke. It can be difficult to find a plumber you can trust, so we're super happy to have his details.
