My orders from Wickes (via CitySprint) are always delivered by a great fella, Garry. Always on time, gives me advanced warning when he is en route / running late / early. Helps carries the items from the van into the property. Lovely bloke, very friendly & polite

Our delivery guy Bruce (NE24) was…
Our delivery guy Bruce (NE24) was excellent. We ordered nine 2400 x 1200 x 12.5mm plaster boards. Which arrived fully intact and no damage as you would expect. I offered my assistance but he declined politely and managed to carry each board without any fuss to it's final destination. Overall, a very smooth transaction and pleasant experience. Thanks Bruce, keep up the good work.

Friendly and polite
The driver delivered 19 boxes of tiles and put them where I asked him to. Friendly and polite, even with a very heavy load!
A smaller delivery window would help plan my day more effectively but the tracking tool showed when the delivery was nearby.

The courier driver was very cheerful for so early in the day he went above and beyond in the delivery and was very polite and professional I want this gentleman to deliver to me all the time. Many thanks for a great service from you ( the driver).

Shockingly Poor Service.
Arranged for collection of parcel 4th October 2024 for delivery 7th October, still not arrived as of 14th October.
The parcel was passed onto DPD for some reason, no answer as to why not delivered or where the parcel is.

Our delivery today was carried out by DOM. I can not fault his attitude he was completely un-phased at moving 8x 100L bags of bark up our exceedingly steep drive to the back garden. He set about his task without complaint and was courteous in his response to our request of stack positioning of the bags in the garden, An excellent service and one worthy of praise.
