Garry NE14 is the friendliest most helpful courier I have ever dealt with.He takes the delivery to the place that I want it and not just dump it anywhere.He is an asset to your company and having someone like this is one of the reasons I stayed with the same company for my goods.

What a wonderful delivery driver Garry…
What a wonderful delivery driver Garry was. Delivered all wood round the back. Chatty, happy... lot better than last driver who delivered wood to my daughters we had ordered for her. He rang me moaning as she lives in a cul-de-sac and he had to carry it 3 doors up. His words were "we'd normally drop it off at the end of the road if we have to carry it". Thank God for the drivers like Garry where nothing was a problem

Arrived on time. The Courier Micky (NE69) was extremely helpful and polite. Due to items being heavy he very kindly situated them to assist me. City Sprint certainly value customers.

Brilliant service from him as always, always brings things all the way down the drive and into the house everytime . Always take the time to help and takes great care of our deliveres and our property. Nothing is ever too much trouble. He often has to fix any problems from the other bloke , can't fault him, Thank you Garry NE14 For delivering all 24 large bags of compost today , very much appreciated.

Very pleasant and helpful courier
Very pleasant and helpful courier - Garry NE14. Took his time. Asked where I'd like them left. As there was 8 in total and heavy for me to carry I was delighted that he delivered our sleepers to a safe place. Would be pleased to see him for my next order.

John had a brilliant sense of humour
John had a brilliant sense of humour, easy to talk to about any queries I had and answered all my questions. He was ever so helpful delievering the machine and willing to put it where we wanted as it’s extremely heavy.

Good service, nice people
I get loads of deliveries from Wickes which tend to use City Sprint Newcastle. Although the delivery window tends to be quite large, you do get regular progress updates. The drivers are always friendly and helpful.
