At CityRise we specialise in wealth building through smart property investments. Whether you are starting your property journey, or are looking to expand an established portfolio, the specialists at CityRise are here to help. You will receive independent, professional advice whilst we search the market for the property that best suits your strategy and goals.
After seeing a clear gap in the market for an honest and transparent property investment agency, CityRise company founders combined their industry experience and market knowledge to bring property investors the best opportunities across the UK.
CityRise has continued with the same ethos it was founded upon; tailor-making the best property investment solutions across the UK to suit our clients' individual investment goals.
We understand it is not always easy juggling multiple properties along with your tenant’s needs. Since the increased tightening of regulations, it has become crucial that landlords choose a competent agency.
Therefore, CityRise has dedicated sales, lettings and management services, that offer investors a full turn-key solution to property investment. You can choose to be as hands-off as you wish and feel safe with the knowledge that your property and our team of lettings experts properly look after your tenants.

Definitely Recommend!
The experience in reserving my first investment property was very smoot. Demee did a great job in explaining to us the proposal, the options we had and patiently answering all the questions we had (and we had a lot!). I would definitely recommend cityrise and specifically Demee to support you on your investment journey.

World class service
Fran at CityRise has recently secured a new apartment for me and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the support, professionalism and genuine level of care shown. From viewing the apartment, to being moved in with 10 days, the service was fantastic and Fran is a credit to the organisation - thank you!

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. No one wants to sort out repairs. Constantly have to keep chasing and chasing. Worst experience of my life. Would give zero stars if I could.

Hello,
We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. As a tenant, we understand how important it is for everything in your apartment to be in working order. In this case, the issue was with your intercom not working, which meant you couldn’t buzz visitors in. However, this falls under the responsibility of the block management company rather than ours as the rental management provider.
That said, we still wanted to do everything we could to assist. Had our complaints procedure been followed, this matter would have been escalated to senior management, who could have stepped in to try and resolve it for you. Since leaving this review, you have informed us that you no longer wish for the issue to be fixed. While we completely respect your decision, our team remains available should you ever change your mind or need assistance with anything else.
Kind Regards,
CityRise Team

Thomas Edwards was and still has been acting highly supportive throughout the entire process. He showed us all the possibilities and helped us to choose the best way and the appropiate property which suits our budget and unique conditions. Even during the hard times due to my personal conditions, he was patient and supportive. I highly recommend his services to prospective candidates.

A great team
We have had a relationship with Cityrise for the past few months, and have been impressed with the team.
Since working together, they have written for our magazine (a magazine for experienced property investors and developers), attended one of our events and cared for one of our clients.
We’ve had nothing but positive feedback from our client, and I now feel safe referring more business their way.
The team is friendly, professional and down to earth. They know their stuff, and I’m excited to work with them going forward.

I had a great experience dealing with CityRise group through Sophie in my property investment journey so far.
She is so professional in the way she relates with me, answering every question politely, calmly and not withholding any details to make informed choice. She offered me great advice and encouragement all the way, making believe in the possibilities.
I will recommend her again and again because she is so good at with what she does. Bravo! the sky is your starting point.
