Morning crew is great; took forever to get my car tonight for some reason. 2 people who arrived after me got theirs first. Maybe I drew a slow attendant? Normally tip at night but didn't because of the wait time

Great Locataion and Great Price! I am a frequent visitor to NYC and always drive in. I just found this location and it is great - it is far enough away from the theaters that you aren't waiting in long lines for your car when the shows all end at the same time. The staff were great - there was plenty of room to safely navigate my vehicle (I sometimes am afraid I am going to bump into the wall it is so narrow - but not here. This is now my go to parking location in NYC!

How on earth do you have one person working here on an extremely busy Sunday afternoon? Everyone waited at least one hour. Ridiculous

Did a good job upon our arrival and leaving, esp. bringing the car up quickly. Reserving online used to provide a discount vs. the on-site price, but not this time.

Service was prompt in leaving and getting the car. Great job.

Available late and the staff is on point like them alot

I've booked other places to park, and arrived only to be told the lot was full. NOT AT CITY PARKING - you book a spot, and they have it for you! And they are very kind during the transactions. My new "go-go" when I need to drive to NYC.

We stayed at the Element Times Sq and they wanted $70 for overnight parking across the street. I decided to lookup Citypark and iy was $29 prepaid on 41st. Easy decision, easy location.

Though garage is very tight on space, attendant was great, let us use bathroom, told him what time we would be back. Car was accessible when we returned and we were on our way, no hassles.

I have parked with City Parking for several years largely due to the convenient location. During that time I've incurred damage to my car amounting to almost $2000 -- Rats ate through the wires of the car....the front grill from the car was "missing" when I went to pick up the vehicle. The garage did NOTHING to address either issue and suggested it was not their responsibility.

They overcharged us after we paid a flat fee to visit the natural museum of history. Wouldn’t recommend parking

Very easy to reserve a spot online. Attendant was patient as I gathered all of my belongings from the back of my car.

The lot is conveniently located and fairly priced given the “going rate” of parking in the area, however, I had to wait in line for 30+ minutes before making it to the attendant, and have been watching the same people waiting to pick up their vehicles for that entire time as well. Maybe they’re understaffed during the holidays, but it is very slow moving, more-so than other lots, and if you’re doing something that begins at a specific time you need to take that into consideration

My go to garage when going to Lincoln Center. It is well light clean with excellent staff and the price is right for us

Former Icon Parking garage is now City Parking. Well lit and organized. Car was well taken care of. Service was prompt, no issues. They have a restroom for the public to use with multiple stalls. Affordable rates (book online for discounts). Generous cancellation policy. Recommended, and will return if in the area.

Fast. Reliable. No issues ever. My go to garage when visiting the Animal Medical Center.

I had pre-paid online, but upon pickup of my vehicle I was told that the online pre-paid rates were wrong and that I would be charged extra for parking. The web rates should have been honored as this was the advertised rate which I was charged in advance for parking, otherwise I would have researched additional pricing at other garages. I did wind up paying the extra for parking as I was NOT informed of this until it was time to pick up my vehicle that had already been parked in the garage for the day.

Very quick, efficient, friendly service with easy access. What more could a visitor ask for ?!

Terrible experience. This is a very poorly managed garage. The attendant made us circle the block just to re-enter, which caused us to be late for our play. To make matters worse, the garage has almost no signage, making it confusing and frustrating to navigate. I would not recommend parking here.
