Great garage, clean and took care of me, no issues.

Easily the worst garage we've ever used.
- Poor attendant always on his own
- 80% of the time car is not ready
- They just decided to charge 30% more and did not provide advance notice (mail with bill arrived when direct debit had already been done) violating FTC (and other) rules.
Been a customer for 4+ years.

online process fairly simple and the attendant was friendly and accomodating. will park there again.

The staff was very friendly, and the price was really great!

Parking proximity to MSK and the choice to make an on-line reservation for up to 12 hours or more. Also, when there was wrongful information given to me, the Manager was able to give me the correct information so that I could be able to contact City Parking Customer’s Service to resolve my matter.

Saturday night around Lincoln center. The parking process was smooth and joyful. Great experience for our NYC concert trip.

With prepaid and giving them a time I was going to pick up my car-I was out in minutes after handing in my ticket.

I prepaid for parking for an overnight parking due to my son having to have surgery. When I arrived to park the car the attendant was not friendly but insisted that I needed to tell him exactly what time I would be back to pick up my car. I told him I wasn’t sure as my son wa shaving surgery, he insisted on a time. So I guessed at one. Then I arrived at the parking garage to pick up my car and handed them the ticket. They charged me now which was more than the initial online price, but like most things I figured there was some sort of hidden charge with an online reservation. I paid then pulled up my cc statement checking to make sure I hadn’t previously paid, which I had. I showed the cashier and parking attendant and they said they cannot refund me and gave me no way to contact anyone to get a refund. They told me it was my fault for not showing them the QR code when paying. I had, in fact, shown them the QR code when checking in and they scanned it and handed me my ticket without mentioning that I would have to have them scan that again. Parking attendant walked away when asking him how to obtain a refund. Phone numbers do not work to contact anyone.

The price was expensive for just a couple of hours.

Cheap with a convenient location.

Omar Capellan told my husband he won’t park the car and called my husband a “Mexican POS” while pushing on my husbands chest. He made us miss time from a $500 show. Filed a police report. Pressing charges.

Very polite staff!

This garage scammed us.
We prepaid on a parking app but they charged us at the garage and would not refund. The attendant walked away and wouldn’t give us a phone number or any way to resolve.
I’ve tried their phone # several times with no answer or voicemail.
Paid twice for same parking spot! Do not give them your business and if you prepay, be careful at pickup.

Location was perfect for our needs.

Always a long wait to park my car even with reservation 30min wait.
