We Have only been in the new Worcester building a week, and so far so good. There was a few hiccups at the beginning due to a miscommunication with the contractors, apart from that all is well, Kay has been very helpful.

When I first started renting an office I provided my proof of address in paper form and I signed a form (in person) to set up my direct debit - these were misplaced so there was an initial breach of GDPR which was never sorted out. My DD was never set up and receipts for my payments had to be chased.

It has now been a month since I left the office and I have not received my deposit nor confirmation of when I will. I have been told each week that it will be paid that week and it never has. Citibase are very clearly reluctant to pay deposits back - not to mention the amount being returned is less than I actually paid because they take a cleaning charge which was not discussed with me in person when i viewed the office.

I have come across Daniel who seems to be a nice guy but the company as a whole stinks and there is something dodgy about it all.

I need my deposit to be paid to me as there is a cost of living crisis and Citibase have no right to hold onto this. It is extremely unprofessional and shows they do not conduct themselves with morals - I would advise people to steer away from renting an office space from this company.

I will revisit this post to state the date my deposit has been returned so people can see it clearly - as mentioned ive waited a month so far.

Shocking. Utterly shocking and appalling. A friend has worked hard to build up his business to experience a break in. Citibase have been ignoring my friend whose office door is still not fixed and is not sharing vital CCTV that could help catch these thieves. Anyone would think Citibase organised the whole break in, why else would you fail to help a paying customer whose business was broken into? Disgusting. This company has no moral compass at all. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!

Absolutely disgusting that people managed to get in and break into office FRESNEAKERS stealing over £20,000 worth of items. citibase still have not fixed the doors putting the business under threat still. They have failed to provided cctv evidence that they specifically state is present at their building. For the amount paid to use the building I expect more. This company has continued to fail many companies just do your research before handing over your hard earned cash to this SCAM of a building.

Woolwich! Would of gave a 0 but there wasn’t a option! I have had a break in in one of my colleagues offices (Fresneakers /bargainshopuk ) And citibase are doing nothing about it. We phoned the police and even For weeks after they said they had cctv and turns out have been lying ! They won’t compensate a penny for all the money loss , they lied and are now saying to fix the issue ourself ! This is unacceptable from a big company who purely stated that there offices are a safe environment and an enjoyable work space. Fs&BSUK has been growing the past few years now , This company is owned by 1 single male who has had to work his ass off to make it even work! And to be able to afford a office for the company is an accomplishment in its self . I think this is absolutely disgraceful that they do not care that one of the offices in the building has been broken into And are not even going to add cameras or secure the building for the future ? So now they are even putting many life’s at risk with this ? 20thousands pounds of items/shoes have been stolen and no one is helping out 1 bit! … Woolwich is one of the main places in south east London and particularly very busy so why doesn’t the building have any cctv anyway ! This is ridiculous! Something needs to be done ASAP wouldn’t rent from here unless security issues was fixed .

I have been using City Base office in Edinburgh for a few years now. Staff are always responsive to requests. Building is reliable for my clients and myself. I've had no issues with any standards of working.

We have used Citibase on St Colme Street in Edinburgh for almost 18 months and have always enjoyed an excellent service. Good facilities that are kept clean. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Being able to book meeting rooms regularly has really helped our team.

Forth Physio have now been with Citibase at the Gyle for 2 years. From the start they have been helpful, supportive and accommodating. Its a friendly place to work and we are very happy here. There is parking, easy access and it is always very clean.

In setting up my fit20 Studio, the staff at Citibase were exceptional. I was not looking for a regular office, but rather setting up a gym. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and requests. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I am delighted to be included in their portfolio of business using the building.

This a great place to acquire your office. The process is easy and stress free with a team that truly wants to support you. Especially Paynton Carter! Always there when you need assistance and will always go out of her way to help.

They represent flowers that I should give to Debbie every day, even though she is always busy taking care of the office, she still makes heself available for any question I may have. She always greets me, ask me how I am, and always have a kind word.
To be honest she should manage all Citibases in the world, because she is that capable ( what I'm trying to say is give her a big promotion with a bonus check).
The building is okay, but somehow Debbie, makes it more welcoming, tidy and lovely.

We have recently moved into our first office with citibase Birmingham, finding the move in experience stress and hassle free. The team, particularly Paynton Carter, have gone the extra mile to support Synergy People. Fantastic service 👍

We have just moved in to our new office in Worcester CityBase. We are so settled already, all thanks to Kay the centre manager, and the beautifully decorated offices. We are so pleased to be one of the first in, and can't wait to see the centre grow. Parking and access is great, the facilities are so smart, and we are proud to call this our HQ.
