Jess has recently dealt with a remortgage of my home and she’s been fantastic. It’s a complicated process and she’s dealt with everything quickly and diligently. She is extremely knowledgeable and managed to get me the best interest rate I could have hoped for in the current environment (she even resubmitted a couple of times as she noticed that the exchange rate had gone down). Amazing service and I would 100% recommend.

If you are looking for financial advice look no further than Brighter Financial services. It is the first time I have used a financial adviser and Brighter Financial services were recommended to me by a family member. As I had a personal pension which was due to mature, and had received reams of paperwork from the provider with 5 or 6 different options of what I could do with the pension, I was unsure which options were best for me. Ross went through all the options making everything crystal clear to me, and what seemed a daunting process to me at the onset was made really easy at the end. The service is 1st class, and the advice 100% trustworthy. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for advice in the future.

We used Brighter financial services after being recommended by a family member and we're so glad we did use them. We had Jess , who was great to work with from start to finish. She made buying our 1st home, so much easier. She was with us, all along the way, always checking up on us and the whole process , from doing our morgage application, to also putting us in touch with solicitors and surveyors she recommends and helped us also put some life insurance in place. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jess, She just took alot of our 1st time buying stress away. I really do recommend using them.

I don't have the best history with credit and was looking to remortgage my house so I could purchase a van and do some renovations. Many companies rejected me and Jess never gave up trying. In the end, she managed to get me a much better offer than I ever anticipated. I cannot thank her and Brighter enough and would recommend them to anyone.
