Sonja, Balu and Muriel are wonderful. I’ve been at Citibase Millbank for over 5 years and I couldn’t ask more for friendly and helpful team. Would recommend any business to move here.

Emily and Jess at the halesowen office have been fantastic.

The worst experience for a tenant of a serviced office in decades, they changed locations without notice and informing while signing (agreed an office in Knightsbridge and moved to Victoria after 2 weeks), then experience just went from worst to worst.

We have an office in Horsham. We are looked after extremely well by Kurt. Always willing to help with our needs when required in a professional way. A really nice welcome as you come into the building. We are very pleased with the service we receive. The centre is kept to a very high standard.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this is the worst company I have ever needed to deal with. all was fine until now when you need to leave the office space

1) We rented arena point leeds the building is being closed and they were still renting offices out issuing contracts even knowing this all to satisfy profits whilst also not cancelling the agreement until the last minute with 0 flexibility.

2) the incompetence of the accounting dept now leads to them losing payments and insufficient records of payments and passing the problem onto customers some advice keep records of your payments against invoice numbers in my case I will be taking legal action over there chop and change of what they claimed is owed as I continue to disprove their claims with proof.

3) don't expect support from the senior management as you will get no reply its all about greed and money claiming as much as they can from their customers

4) Breach GDPR by sending me other peoples personnel details and debt owed for which this detail will be reported to the ICO and the person involved

The negative experience has put me off ever renting space from citibase ever again the time effort and stress brought is simply not worth it so advise anyone to stay away.

Citibase have arranged a meeting room for us for the last few months, the space has met our requirements and the service we have received has been excellent. Mayo and Louise are always available and willing to accommodate our requests. We have had an enjoyable experience so far.

For corporate reasons I recently had to leave Citibase Victoria in Palace St. I miss it greatly - above all nothing was too much trouble for Victoria Murley and her team and HQ showed great flexibility through the pandemic. It does need a new lift though!

Victoria and Jade couldn’t be more accommodating and professional it’s always a pleasure to see them and missed when they are not there.

I have an office at Citibase Woolwich, and i must say the staff Jasmine, Joanne and Rozmeen have amazing customer service! The building is old and traditional yet has a twist of modern! Lovely inside and outside!

The staff and facilities at Citibase Wyvols Court have been exactly what my business needed. I have been treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness.
I wasn't looking for a serviced office as I needed my premises to be a hybrid of storage and desk space - and the staff at Wyvols Court helped me find a space that was exactly what I needed. Excellent service and value.

Moved into Citibase Swallowfield a few months ago, it's a lovely building and settings. The reception staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you, always on hand if you have a question. Would highly recommend.

I have been provided with quiet, safe and secure office space for the past nine years. The facilities are clean and modern and the staff helpful and engaging. There are offices available for all budgets. A serviced office provides a less expensive option and a professional touch.

The whole experience of choosing and renting an office was extremely clear and straightforward. We have been in our office for around 9 months and the building staff are always available and very happy to help. For example during a recent office H&S audit all of the building test certificates were issued immediately. Good offices with ample parking - very happy occupants.

Apprehensive about expanding my new company (watch n tradetd) i took the plunge for an office. After viewing several i discovered genesis business park...it blew the others out of the water! I now have a superb office (kitted how i want it) and yes, my business has increased considerably as my adverts are more professional

We have been in our easyHub Burgess Hill office now for just over a month, the whole process from arranging viewings, through to being fully set up and operational has been simple and easy. If you have any questions, or small issues (there has not been anything major), it is reacted to swiftly and nothing is ever a problem for the team. Great service
