Thank you Brenda for resolving my problem.

I clicked on a link that stated that if I filled out a survey that Home Depot would send me a variety pack of seeds. I did not get my seeds. I got a charge to my account that is recurring and after talking with support they reassured me that the charge was pending and would not be charged. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company after assurances that I would not be charged. A month later another charge appears on my credit card and I have initiated a dispute once again. I have been in contact with customer support and they will not credit me unless I post this review. This company is a a scam and they are hoping you do not pay attention to your credit card statement so they can charge your account every month. I will continue to dispute and hopefully this issue will be resolved.

UPDATE: circuitmancer.com has refunded my charge and I will monitor for more charges in the future
