Very good communication, despite...
Was excited at the prospect of getting a discount from the tickets I was purchasing - I did not. I ended up paying more to which I was not happy about. Rated 2 stars for that experience. However, I got in contact with yourselves and I appreciated the prompt response and in the end giving a refund, which I think, was a good solution to my unpleasant experience. The communication, I would rate higher, (4stars) because it was good. Thank you for the refund once again.

Saving money is always good and this club allowed me to save a great deal!
It was easy to use and I will use it everytime I go to the cinema. The sales assistant knew about the club so there were no surprises with getting the discounted rate.

4th year running
On my 4th year now of an annual Odeon tickets plus one for my wife. The savings are massive. So easy to buy and get your ticket which is in my Google wallet as soon as I pick a film. Outstanding value and great service.

What a waste of time
What a waste of time. I purchased via my Lidl plus perk and created an account.
Purchased an adult ticket £6.63.
Then went to “the light” cinema booking. Premium seats £10.99. Enter code, price reduced to £4. So doing the maths, I’ve saved 0.36p. I wish I hadn’t bothered and used my blue light card and got the ticket for £9.99.

A really great company helping to keep cinemas alive. I found them very helpful and they offer some fantastic deals in ticket pricing across all major cinema chains. I am proud to be a member and will continue my active love of the cinema experience through them, as the vouchers & money off tickets really helps.

I had an issue with my code not working…
I had an issue with my code not working at VUE as the film I was booking was a special screening.I emailed customer service, they replied within 30 minutes, and after establishing what happened they have been so nice and refunded the money I paid. The refund reached my account next day. I purchased a code to Savoy as well, it worked perfectly fine . It is a shame they don’t have Cineworld on their list :( I would recommend Cinema Society Club, their customer service is excellent 🙂

Because THE human touch can beat ANY AI in Customer Service
Having lived and worked in France, the UK even the USA in the Hospitality Industry, private Service, Commerce, Retail, the CAB, Mentoring, Commerce and much more, I am in awe of their Customer Service.
We had to have some tickets replaced because of a small unforeseen health hiccup with my wife and they did!
Yes, human customer service when usually going the extra mile does beat ANY AI!

Scan, not saving money but paying more instead
I purchased vouchers for me and my daughter to go to the cinema today, Mother’s Day. I didn’t check previously as in their website it states you are saving money through their vouchers and silly me just went with it. But what’s my surprise when I went to the Odeon site to purchase the tickets and I realised it would have beed cheaper to buy the tickets without the vouchers, just straight from their site. An adult and child ticket on odeon website is £18 but I paid £22.98 instead by using the vouchers. Totally misleading service and very disappointing. Feel totally scammed

Paying £5 more to use a…
Paying £5 more to use a savings voucher rather than going to cinema directly for 2 people after booking fee. I would argue that's a scam and not a saving. Won't be using again.
If this happens to anyone else take a look at the cinemas societies price guarantee but don't expect it to be better than if you book direct or use another method to find a voucher
