Very glad I did. Really pleasant experience and no trying to tyre kick when I got there. Dealt with Laz, who was very pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended.

Please dont use.
Liars and time wasters.
Avoid if you dont want to be messed about and if there's a problem far too much time to get money back from them.
Avoid at all costs !!

Just the right amount of service
Just the right amount of service. Friendly and helpful with out being to pushy.

Terrible
Purchased a Nissan Qashqai. Earliest delivery available was 6 days later. Day before delivery got a call saying there was an issue with the water pump so car won’t be delivered. A week later I was told their suppliers had sent the wrong part so had to wait. Part turned up 3 days later. Waited another 3 days only to receive a call this time saying our technicians haven’t fitted the part and don’t have an estimate to when it will be fixed! At this point I cancelled the order, it was almost at the 3 week point from purchase! Their customer service is not good enough as I had to chase for updates constantly as I was promised I would receive updatesI even sent a complaint and didn’t even get a reply! I was one of the unlucky ones but I would think twice about purchasing from Cinch if I was you!!

I cannot complain whatsoever about the whole purchase of my new Fiat 500. I did call Cinch a couple of times with various questions and all representatives were all very helpful and informative. I have no hesitation to purchase another car via Cinch.

Second time lucky
After the issues with the first car and the hassle with changing to another car it was great to have Ian Neal greet us in Derby and take the stress out of the day. Ian handled all the admin and then spent the time to ensure we were happy with the car and knew all the controls before we left their depot. They were very helpful and I would recomend them.
The Company were very helpful and supportive and described all that we had to do to regarding insurance etc. The delivery man arrived on time and was helpful, and took our car away. The allowance of 2 weeks to use the car and if we did not like it they would take it back was such a good idea,also getting our mechanic to check it and if anything needed doing they would pay for it.
