I've recently bought a car and had it delivered to the Derby branch for collection. The whole process was really smooth and every team member from Cinch I interacted with was amazing.
When I picked up my car from Derby I was greeted by Ian N who was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and generously took the time to sit with me and explain all the features of the car before I left.

Today was our second experience with Cinch. We used them a couple of years ago to deliver a car to us. This time round we collected from Derby (a 90 minute drive from where we live). We were excited to visit the branch to collect our already purchased car but a little apprehensive about the 'car sale' environment and pushy sales people. We shouldn't have worried though. Greeted by Ian Neal who instantly explained what we needed to do and that he'd be with you us in around 15 minutes. A very approachable man who put us at ease instantly. We love the new car. We went to a service station to charge the car and noticed the air con wasn't working. We headed back to the Cinch dealership a little worried about what would happen, if it could be fixed etc. They spent a good 45 minutes looking at the air con for us and regassed it. It's now 100% working!! Great for the current heat wave!! Our 10 year old was given some colouring to do to be added to Ian's wall which she loved. They couldn't be more apologetic.
Everything about Cinch we love! We've used them this second time due to a faultless experience the first time and now cannot wait to use our new car. We definitely recommend . Thank you to all involved and a HUGE thank you to Ian Neal for making our experience so amazing!!!

Disappointing that Cynch internal comms failed.

It's all just so easy. All done by email until the day you pick your car up. The guy who I met on the pick up day was fabulous. He explained everything in a understandable way and was very patient with me asking questions. 5 stars just for Ian Neal. So far so good with the car.

Car with multiple issues day of recieving. Honestly should have returned it within the 14 days and I would recommend you do the same.
Car had a wobble moving at 60+ mph which was noticed on the first day. I noticed shortly after that the clutch was creaky. Helpfully when I contacted cinch they booked it into a garage. Unfortunately the garage didn't actually fix the wobble and they said they couldn't look at the clutch. Stopped getting any reply to my emails from cinch for a week. Called them to try to speed things up. Spoken to a lovely man that was very helpful. However, the soonest garage appointment was September. Emailed to explain I could not wait this long and was worried if the car would even be drivable in 3 months time given the clutch was periodically not working and I did not feel comfortable continuously driving. Cinch then unhelpfully booked into a garage 50 miles away that was free in July. I appreciate the attempt however given it was still in July (2 full months away at that point) and also many miles from home with a dodgy clutch which I didn't feel confident driving that far, it wasn't a great option. They then rebooked me in to the original for September. I enquired about the possibility of using a local garage for a quote and agreeing a level of reimbursement, to which I received no answer now weeks later.
Not sure why they promote convenience as something they provide given I've bought more reliable cars off a stranger for a grand and paid almost 8k to have the most stressful car experience of my life. Should have known it was too good to be true glad I didn't buy anything more expensive. Good luck to anyone that has a car from here.

The customer service department puts pressure on you there and then to score them highly, I'm guessing that's all about bonuses. They need to be more transparent with policies.

I bought a car online from cinch and went to collect from the Derby branch, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman called David Smith, he went through all of the cars details with me while having a nice chat, helped sort a few issues on the car I wasn't happy with with no fuss. It was a great experience I even had a coffee while sorting it. Very welcoming!

From the moment we popped into Cinch in Derby we were given such a friendly welcome. The sales team were helpful and not pushy at all. The car we ordered was beautifully prepped and as advertised. The aftercare when the car had a fault (not Cinch's fault - a manufacturer fault) the aftercare was fantastic. They came to my wife's work to diagnose and then promptly fix the fault. There was no additional cost or hassle. It was fantastic customer service the whole way. When I change my car I will be using Cinch and would recommend them highly. Well done Cinch Derby!
