I have had my new car now for two weeks…
I have had my new car now for two weeks and I am enjoying driving it .

Very enjoyable experience.
When we went to collect the car we instantly felt welcomed. Our person of contact Ian Neal was lovely and friendly. Ian went through the car with us and explained about charging the car as we had never bought an electric vehicle before.
The whole process was easy and quick. Me and my partner left the store saying how friendly Ian was.
Driving the car home was easy and there were no concerns with the car. Thank you very much for making our experience an enjoyable one.

Spot-on delivery service
I ordered my car a week before I moved house. There wasn't enough time to deliver it to my old address, so I made arrangements to have it delivered to my new address. It arrived promptly and on time. The gentleman who delivered it showed me around my new car and explained most of the new controls to me. There are still a few new things I'm discovering, but I love my new car.

Excellent service and value for money
Sophie was extremely informative and never rushed me at any point. She was thoughtful throughout the whole process, and most of all very clear to understand — which I really appreciated as I’m hard of hearing. Great experience
Great experience, was very simple and everyone was lovely. Only downside is, was told the car would be fully charged upon collection and it wasn’t, and it could’ve been cleaned better. I also called them to clarify something and the lady was quite rude at times, sounded like she was laughing and making me feel silly. People at the Derby store were 10/10 and couldn’t fault them. Also love my car ☺️
