The depot in Avonmouth was hard to find even with a sat navigation.The hand over was easy the people were very polite.I love the car in perfect showroom condition.I am very happy with Cinch.This is the second car I have bought from them and both sare brilliant.Many thanks Cinch.

My experience with Cinch was completely unacceptable from start to finish.
I purchased a Ford S-Max, arranged finance, insurance and everything needed to collect the vehicle. I then set off on a 2½-hour journey to collect it. It wasn't until I was already over two hours into the journey that I received a call telling me to turn around because the vehicle could not be released due to an outstanding manufacturer safety recall that had not been completed. This should have been identified before the vehicle was advertised, sold, finance activated and customers were expected to travel.
What followed was over a month of delays while Cinch attempted to make the vehicle fit for delivery. During that time, they damaged the vehicle themselves, breaking the passenger door handle and other trim while carrying out repairs. I was then expected to wait even longer and accept a repaired vehicle that was no longer in the condition I had agreed to purchase.
To make matters worse, the vehicle was also misdescribed and did not have the advertised Sony sound system, one of the key features that influenced my decision to buy it.
Communication throughout was appalling. I constantly had to chase for updates, calls were transferred or disconnected, promised timescales came and went, and I was left with no clear information. Even after waiting over a month, the vehicle was still not delivered.
In the end, I had no option but to reject the vehicle. Black Horse upheld my complaint in full, unwound the finance agreement and refunded the transaction.
Despite this, I am still out of pocket as a result of Cinch's failures. I have incurred transaction-related fees and other costs directly arising from this failed purchase, and I am still pursuing reimbursement. A straightforward vehicle purchase turned into months of unnecessary stress, wasted time and financial loss.
Based on my experience, I have no confidence that vehicles are properly checked before being advertised for sale, and I would not recommend buying from Cinch.

Devina our contact was supremely helpful and guided us through the easy process. Very pleasurable and seamless. Ian released the car to us and again courteous , funny and easy.

Car delivered to me with broken audio knob, dead battery in1 key fob, rear tyre split all round, badly scarred front brake discs, on 2026 MOT (done by Cinch)not mentioned but high lighted on 3 previousMOTs. Cinch inspector condemned the car as unsafe to drive.

I waited and got the model and reasonable mileage I was looking for in a used car. I was given a decent part-exchange offer. The whole process was straightforward and well explained. I'm really happy with me new vehicle.

I'm having an appalling experience with Cinch. After my deal was fully agreed and finance was officially in place, Cinch tried to pressure me into manipulating the valuation of my vehicle by falsely putting an extra 20000 miles on it in the valuation system, so it would generate a lower value have allowed them to charge me an extra £3,800. They threatened to cancel the entire agreed deal if I did not comply. I refused, pointed out that this request was illegal, and they only backed down and accepted the original deal after I threatened to expose their actions.
The issues continued upon delivery. I was blocked from test-driving the vehicle until the official handover was signed. The moment the delivery driver left and I drove the car, it was instantly clear that the suspension was severely faulty. Cinch's vehicle quality checks are completely non-existent.
Their customer aftercare has been a total disaster. They initially told me they would book the car into a local Tesla garage, but Tesla informed me that Cinch had failed to arrange the booking properly. When I told Cinch, they switched the booking to a different garage and promised they would contact me within 48 to 72 hours. No one ever called. I have followed up immediately, and Cinch is now completely ignoring my emails.
I am officially reporting Cinch to both the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and my finance provider. Avoid this company at all costs.

Guy dropping off the car was really nice and super helpful (even tho i hadnt cleaned the car). Exchange was very easy and showed me through the new car. Overall 10/10 experiance

The delivery driver ‘Howard’ was very welcoming,informative & helpful.
Presently I am very happy with my new car - I part-exchanged which was very easy - Howard sat in my new car with me & talked me through the ins & outs of the car then handed me the key/paperwork! Easy as that!
He then checked over my car I was part exchanging & drove away!
He also explained I have 14 days to change my mind for a full refund - WIN WIN!
