I love my mug! It's so cool!

I bought a couple Chuug tankards a couple weeks ago. They are fantastic drinking vessels. I had a small issue with one of my tankards and they sorted it promptly. Will definitely be buying again.

Three of us ordered tankards for our LARP adventures, and we absolutely love them. What surprised me most is that I don't just use mine at events, I use it constantly at home too!

The build quality is outstanding. It's solid, durable, beautifully crafted, and feels like it will last for years. It quickly became my favorite mug.

I'm also considering getting a brass-colored insert for mine, cause why not. It's rare to find a product that exceeds expectations, but this one definitely did.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality wooden tankard!

The mug doesn’t keep cold drinks cold or hot drinks hot any better than any normal mug. Also, it doesn’t actually hold 24oz in the way a user would expect; 24oz fills it to the brim and actually overflows. Not really useful. It actually holds about 16-18oz in a useable way.

It’s a nice mug, but does not perform as advertised and is expensive for what it does do. I wouldn’t have bought it knowing what I know now. I’d like CHUUG to make their advertising more truthful.

UPDATE: CHUUG reached out to me and addressed my concerns. They also gave me a full refund which was totally unexpected but much appreciated. According to them, most customers have a better experience with the hot/cold problem than I did, and their capacity claim was an error due to miscalculation. They say they will be changing the capacity into going forward.

So, based on their customer service I’m amending my review; in MY CASE the mug was not worth the cost, but I may be an outlying case. It IS a very nice mug, looks lovely and the removable liner is super handy.

Very pleased with my CHUUG V3, and will be using it shortly.

The finish and presentation is excellent.

I bought this for my husband and the quality if outstanding. Love everything about it, especially the unique rope handle which makes it stand out from other brands. Top quality materials and I liked the way you can personalise it to suit. Excellent packaging as well, the suede bag and the gift box is a great touch. I had my order within 36 hours of ordering it. I highly reccomend both company and product.

I ordered two tankards from this website due to the very clever advertising, by the way. One for my dad's 60th and one for me, as there was a good deal for two. I got them both personalized, and they came within about a week. Unfortunately, my personal tankard's fit and finish weren't as good as the one I got for my father. The emblem was off-centre and a bit wonky and the lip around the top edge didn't quite fit right with the metal insert. Not a massive issue, but I did raise this with the company, and without question, they sent me a brand new one, which arrived within about another week. It's an immaculate product; I absolutely love it, and everyone has commented on it. I love how the rope handle feels.. great for bbq, camping, at home at the office.. definitely recommend this company and their products.

Bought a Chuug for my boyfriend, he absolutely loves it, especially the removable inner, however being the developer that he is, he's already suggesting a modification (V4?), and adding a lid to keep the pesky flies away when outside grilling. Make it possible Chuug!!

I like the look and feel however there were quality control issues. I ordered 2 and I had to adjust the base that the metal insert screws into as it would not sit flush and was not properly centered inside the cup.

It's not a difficult fix but it was disappointing. I would have returned them if there wasn't international shipping involved.

Box was slightly damaged but the mugs not damaged. The mugs look great, have not had a chance to use them yet. Have one of each colour and all were personalized. Well worth the wait!!

This is the greatest tankard ever. Perfect for sitting around the 🔥 with a cold beer. I almost don’t want to tell anyone where I got it because there’s nothing like it and too good to share 👍🏼. The removable core is an excellent addition.

Premium craftsmanship. Smell of wood and the rope handle make every sip feel organic. Keeps the ale cold and fresh for longer and the stainless steel interior is easy to detach and clean. Got my better half a dawn and a dusk for myself with monogram coins with our initials. She loves it. One of the best decisions made to purchase a product.
