My Wife and I went through a foreclosure about 13 years ago and never reestablished our credit. We never thought that we would ever buy another house. The person that we was renting a house from informed us that he was selling the house that we was living in. We had no credit score and thought it was impossible to purchase a Home. I did some investigating and found Dave Ramsey's website that referred us to Churchill Mortgage. Filled out the inquiry on the website, the next day Steve Collins called and explained the process and yes it was possible. We found a house and applied for a 15 year Mortgage. Happily the rate was not much different that if we had a great score. The processes only took about a month and we are very pleased with Churchill Mortgage. Highly recommend, very happy!
