It was so easy to work with Church Hill. I felt like our values aligned, they have helpful unbiased numbers. I had shopped around and other mortgage companies discouraged 15 year mortgages, giving the better interest rates to the 30 year mortgages. But not Church Hill. Thank you for your work!

Good mortgage company. This is my first time owning my own home and I really appreciate all the work they did to help me get my condo. They got me a really good rate.
They also have online tools that tell you at a certain point how much your home is worth and how much you have invested in your home. I love to see those numbers going up!
I only wish I could see how the amoritization schedule changes if I make an additional payment or see every month how much principal I am paying/have paid on line.
