Disgraceful how you are charged to cancel a policy when you have SOLD YOUR CAR. I had paid my insurance for the month, then when I cancel get charged again for the insurance I’ve had so far and an ‘admin’ fee! Absolute con. I will never be returning to you so enjoy the £41 extra you squeezed out of me, because you will never be getting anymore.

Hi Keri. We're sorry to hear this, as we would love to have you back on board with us. Just to explain the cancellation fee, this is outlined within your policy documents and applies to any cancellation beyond the 14-day cooling off period. The cover is provided on an annual basis, even when paid monthly. The fee is completely non-profitable, designed to off-set the costs of cancelling your cover along with updating the DVLA database. Good Experience
We have used Churchill before for our car insurance so felt comfortable with taking out our Home Insurance with them.
Our previous insurer would not cover us for insurance on our new build property so we had to look elsewhere. Churchill came up on an online search and it was a good match for what we had previously and at a competitive price. Thanks Churchill! A++
