Their brokers are rude for no reason. There is no reason you should hang up in a drivers face calling inquiring on a load. Very unprofessional.
CHR now sucks.
The first 20 shipments went well...and I loved CHR....then the 21st (or so) went horribly bad...and I found out that CHR could give a crap when things go bad...they told me to deal with the issues direct and if I wanted quality - pick a quality shipper. I have no idea --- I thought every offer they provided would have been vetted....this sucks.

The navisphere application still sucks! They want to blame the company/driver for an application that shouldn't be on a mobile phone. Have you guys considered it is a faulty application?
Negative stars is deserved
I wish I could give CH Robinson (Freightquote) a zero or negative star review. They will provide excellent quotes for your shipment, send an invoice for that amount, then weeks later send a revised invoice with additional charges. If your shipment is damaged, they take no responsibility and expect you to pay the invoice. If any invoice is not paid in full, they have attorneys threatening legal action rather than working out the issues themselves. They do not care about their customers or clients. Completely unprofessional company who uses their immense wealth to steal. Horrible company to deal with.

Bad Business Practices
My company used C.H. Robinson for several years, with little issues, until we were invoiced for shipment, paid the invoice, then invoiced again for same shipment, with no explanation. Requested details of the second invoice, but no one could provide. The last email I received from the company, stated someone would call me with details. While waiting on this phone call, C.H. Robinson sent our company to collects.

The company was very upsetting to work with. I had two bedroom apartment to move to another two bedroom apartment. They sent a truck and cannot get my furniture in it so I had to carry some in my van twice as long to do it because the kids were vaping, they scratched my furniture they lost several of my boxes. I tried to call the company but they would not respond back about the items I lost. They did try to fix my scratches. It took total about eight hours to do two bedrooms very very disappointing.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! We shipped with them a dozen or so times with no issues (other than delays), but the last and final shipment (never using them again), they claimed our pallet was "excessive" measuring over 1.25" over the length - WHICH IT WAS NOT!!!! The fee for 1.25", that is one and quarter inches, is $1,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If anything our pallet was 6" shorter. If they had dinged me $100 I may have let it go, but this is a rip off. You will pay a price for using them.
One of the worst company
One of the worst company in trucking business. The have a monopoly and will try to ruin your business. If you have any other option be sure to avoid these greedy scammers. A month ago they lay off over 650 employees, so the end is near. They should not be part of this business.

Be careful with this shipping company
Be careful with this shipping company. They told us it would take 3 days for delivery which ended up being 3 weeks! 4 weeks after we shipped our first shipment with them we received an additional invoice of $260. They were claiming they weight our pallet and is was heavier then we claimed. Even though we weigh our pallets ourselves, we just paid it. We decided to give them another change and shipped our second shipment... and again. A couple of weeks later we received an additional invoice of $100. They seem to have the best rates but this is how they get you!

Terrible experience
When I came to receiver on exact time of appointment but was told that appointment was moved to six days later. I tried to communicate with C. H. Robinson representative to find out when would be delivery. No response. Sitting all day on the parking lot with no any updates at all. Other representatives don’t even want to talk to you. They just hang on you. Never do business with these guys anymore. Brokers are rude, unprofessional, inattentive. Not a pleasant experience with them.

what a waste of time, I was looking for more information about navisphere and I call two different phone number ,952-683-2800 ,954-342-3630 and No one knew nothing about Navisphere , I ever remember the name of they guy that hang up on me EREN with Navisphere support , I will keep looking for a different logistic provider ,we are not even making business and I already had a horrible experience ,what a waste of time!!!!.
Consumer who found CH Robinson rude and unhelpful
I am a consumer who is scheduled to have furniture delivered through CH Robinson. I called to see if I could change my delivery date since my furniture was shipping early and I would not be home. Not only will it sit in my front yard for someone to steal, but it is suppose to rain. This piece of furniture cost $2000.
The guy was incredibly rude. Even though they had just texted me a link to load their app (which never would load) they said they couldn't help me and he made it clear it was my problem, not his and he didn't have time to help someone who didn't have the full information he needed.
Pottery Barn did not give me a tracking number so I couldn't give it to CH Robinson. They also said if I knew what city the furniture was shipping from, they could look it up that way, which I had no clue where is was being shipped from. But they had no way to look my shipment up by my phone number, name or address. Ridiculous!
I won't order any more furniture from pottery barn because they use this freight company.
