Ch-Robinson is the worst company ever…

Ch-Robinson is the worst company ever the brokers are very disrespectful that curse at you hang up on you all the time I finished the load in July and I’m still fighting the broker to get paid from this Load. He will not give a new t code for me to go and deposit my money from the load and he will do everything not to respond to my emails. I’ve called C H Robinson in so many ways no one wants to help Everyone. Please stay away from CH or help me figure out how to put in a lawsuit against them for not paying me from my load that was completed successfully. The load number is. 519779586. The most disrespectful broker name is Greg and Kevin

No urgency, no follow up, no resolutions, only apathy

Across all companies of all kinds that i've dealt with in 35 years, CH Robinson is by far the most unconcerned with customer service. They could care less if you have issues with your service from them. No urgency, no follow up, no resolution attempts. They must make a lot of money without needing their customers? I don't care if you mess up my order, but I care if you are completely unmotivated to make the slightest attempt to fix it.

From the first time we connected with our agent at C.H. Robinson, it felt different. Unlike previous experiences, our agent was reliable and proactive—up at 7:30 a.m., staying on the case until late evening. Over five years.
We’ve run hundreds of loads with very few hiccups—detention events happened less than 1% of the time and always paid without any argument. Booking is a breeze through Navisphere Carrier, and bid response in a 10-15 second.
We had one challenging incident—But thanks to our agent and support from a supervisor and tech team, it got resolved quickly.

Probably one of the worst companies I…

Probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with in 21 yrs of being in business. If you get through to somone on the phone they are rude and know nothing. They can only give you en email address of someone who never responds. They can not look up a shipment with the tracking number. They ask for a "load" number which obviously the person receiving the freight does not have. What's the point of the tracking numer if they can't track a shipment with it.

Complete trash

Complete trash, the shipment was getting delayed for some BS reasons, the total delay was more than 30 days. Ridiculous, please avoid.

Waiting from last 18 hours to clear…

Waiting from last 18 hours to clear load on sarnia border did not received any positive response there is no broker office of ch Robinson on border a sub contractor is available to work on their behalf they also said we don't do any thing because they are not even picking our calls so we did nothing on ch Robinson cases so you can call by yourself to asked for load clearance

Took a load from them to haul equipment waited 3.5 hours to load no detention no extra pay nothing..... had it listed weird to show 2 drops but was actually 3 ... there not here to help us. Just here to line there pocket with there cheap frieght loads. An to top it off there piss poor tracky8mg systems pings your phone 4-5 times per hour causing it to die !!! An of you pause it over a weekend they call an text you am harass you constantly !!! Beware taking anything from them !

HORRIBLE!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! 2 failed pick-ups with no communication that they were not showing up after confirming pick up that day. Then they charged ME for pallets not getting picked up. Delays for no reason, additional charges added after delivery just to add items. Terrible customer service...be prepared to be on hold 1 hour + trying to get someone in the company to help. They constantly drop credits off the invoice and add charges with out cause or reason. Shipment was delayed well over 2 weeks due to them, nothing to do with weather or availability for pick up or drop off. This has been a true nightmare and I will never use them again as I am still dealing with billing issues (30% higher than quote)

CH Robinson invites drivers that drive…

CH Robinson invites drivers that drive 53' and Straight Trucks on to join their portal, but has low to no work for straight trucks, then when you try to use it for a load, they get mad?? Lol. They send me a rate con for 1 thousand lbs and the shipper loaded 10lbs. When I asked to be compensated for the extra weight not on the rate con they said no.....that's messed up

WARNING: Do not use this company to ship anything...

C.H. Robinson along with Southeastern Shipping Company out of Florida, completely distroyed a pallet of materials, they even had photos of it, and still delivered it as though nothing happened. Once we received the pallet, we notified them to let them know what was going on. They sent the photos they take each time it is moved from one location to another during the delivery phase. It was mind blowing that someone CLEARLY damaged the materials, then tried to wrap it up with some clear plastic as thought nothing happened. You should see the photos yourself. A child detective could have seen that the pallet was severely damaged and has been "taped" back together.

We've been trying to finish the claim process for weeks with no replies from anyone. Mulitple phone calls and emails, and still nothing. Below is the record of our contact attempts.

1.2.25 - pallet received, but receiver was unaware what the orignal pallet was suppose to look like because they have never received materials from us before. He sent photos and I immediately told him to start taking photos of the opening of the materials wrapped in plastic wrap so we could start a claim.

1.3.25 - Started putting together the timeline of events leading to the delivery of the damage pallet.

1.13.25 - Spoke with Aida in claims at Southeastern shipping company and she sent me photo of it on the truck. She told me I would have to go through the website for a claim. I also emailed Lina to have her call me when she can.

1.14.25 - Sent email to Lina Ramirez with photos. See sent emails. She replied that she is going to reach out to see what she can do.

1.16.25 - Sent email to Lina Ramirez asking if there is any word yet.

1.22.25 - Sent email asking for update.

2.3.25 - Email from Carlos Arias saying that the company would only be responsible for the products and not the shipping. I told him I would like to start a claim.

2.20.25 - Sent him and Lina Ramirez an email letting them know I was going to start the process but needed inforamtion to fill out the form correctly. Carlos email not working and I keep getting an email saying that Carlos email is no longer correct. I'm not sure why because I'm replying to the same email he sent me. Will try and figure this out.

2.25.25 - Called Lina Ramirez at work and no answer no matter what I try. Sent email asking for them to contact me and that they should be ashamed of themselves.

2.27.25 - Lina replied that Carlos is no longer with the company. I replied to call me so we can get this taken care of.

I would attach the photos if possible so you can see yourself how obvious this damage was. In one of the photos, you can see two other pallets, belonging to other customers, were damaged and tipped over in the truck. Unbelievable to me that this passed through without anyone saying anyhing.

I understand mistakes happen, but this company has done ZERO to make things right. We were getting ready to have them ship hundreds of containers for us from overseas, but now, we will avoid them at all costs. I would pay double shipping before using this company...you have my word.

Run, do not use

Run! I have used CH Robinson for 8 shipments out of state thus far. Every shipment had major issues. They do not stand behind what they advertise from the estimated shipping dates to the cost they charge you for the delivery.
My latest delivery they offered me a 4-6 day shipping cost and a 2-3 shipping cost with FED EX. for double the 4-6 day cost. I needed the product in the receivers warehouse on the 3rd day so i paid the higher cost. The shipper delayed my shipment and now it will arrive on the 6th day. No explanation from CH Robinson, they sent me the disclaimer that they cannot be held responsible for a carriers delay. Even though you paid for priority shipment.

Meeting expectations = 0 reward

I have worked for the company for 6 years, over the last two years I have gotten a 3 on my year end review which is a meets expectations evaluation. Due to bad company performance not a single employee got a raise in 2024 and this year I received only a 2% raise. If you want to work for a company that rewards you for performance, do not work here

CH Robinson GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

When I arrived at the shipper, the CH Robinson had given me the wrong load number. I waited 2 hours for another load number. I received one, got loaded and drove to the receiver, which was 290 miles away. I get here only to be told I have to wait till the next day to get unloaded, fine. When I take in my load number, thus morning, they tell me that load was delivered December 5th, it is December 13th. So now I sit and wait for CH Robinson to call me with a correct load number. Thats 2 wrong load numbers!!!! However, this is no surprise with CH robinson as they make mistakes on a regular basis.

Ch Robinson is a cheating thief i hauled a load from san antonio to Aurora CO had 2 drops both had lumper fees i paid them expecting to be reimburse they short paid my factoring company so naturally my factoring company wanted it back from me ch Robinson said they would not pay it because I didn't give 24 notice of lumper witch is a lie because I billed it as soon as I got my bol signed they are petty theives I suggest not doing business with these people I've seen ads were they have law suits against them I no why

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They were two days late picking up my freight and then tried to charge us
limited access fees for pickup and delivery when that was a total lie. I opened a dispute where they upheld the charges without any proof or anything. The charges were fraudulent and they upheld them anyways. This company will hit you with a bunch of charges after the delivery and then deny your appeal no matter what. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY IF YOU SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Their carrier did not pick up the load…

Their carrier did not pick up the load and they did not call. My crew waited until the evening, and no one showed. Of course, one of their excuses the following day, was there are no guarantees in this business. The service provided by CH Robinson was unprofessional and filled with constant excuses.
