Is there any electric company that offers a lower rate per kilowatt used. The customer rep. Informed me the more electricity you use the cheaper per kilowatt. If you conserve energy you will pay a higher price per kilowatt. In addition you not only pay ie: TXU. Encore adds their dollar amount to the kilowatts!! No discounted rate for Is this method promoting energy conservation??

It was terrible
It was terrible. I was only inquiring and y’all signed me up cut me off turned off my electricity with the other company and turn yawls on, and I had canceled within an hour of going through your app and y’all still did not give me my request. y’all cook me up disconnect me. Your service is horrible. APG sucks. I think it’s a scam just to get people on and then you don’t try to get off, but I did. I went back to my old company because I did not want to. I just was inquiring about prices.

The lady that took my call must have been a Christmas angel. I am completely in awe of her hospitality, professionalism and her genuine quality to listening to my issue. She started coming up with planning, she started coming up with different options I never knew I had.

Easier quote than other sites.
Choose Energy showed me all the details I needed to know to make my decision including the cost for kilowatts under a thousand kilowatts and over a thousand kilowatts without me having to give them my complete address and email. With those details I can make my own decision without somebody from the electric providers contacting me.
