Great 1st Customer Service Rep.
The 2nd Customer Service Rep did a good job following the script that was too strong on the upscale of other services. After saying NO 3 times I had to stop him and get him to understand that his continued effort was effecting the review in a negative manner.

When I called, I was expecting to speak directly to someone from Green Mountain, but I was connected to you instead. I'm kind of glad that I was because I was able to go with a different provider that offered a better rate,at least I hope it's a better rate.

Website is inaccurate on the length of contract.
The advertisement price per kilowatt was great. However the 18 month option to lock in that price.That i chose on the website!l Was not what they signed me up for on the final contract. It locked me in for 8 mos automatically. With 150 dollar cancelation fees. With no way to fix it online.
Dont think they actually have a 18mos 9.4 cent plan.That i picked and thought I was signed up for. It came back as 9.6 for 8 Mos instead!
Which to me is false advertising. Theh lock u into a contract. That u didn't sign up for! While discouraging you from cancelation. By immediately making u responsible for 150 to fix it!
