At 80 widower and in good health I wanted to prepare for the inevitable. The average age of death is 85 and I am slowing down so to relieve my partner from cost and bother I wanted to plan the funeral. I would have had bin but she said a funeral. I recently arranged a funeral plan for my elderly aunt and I was really impressed by the one-to-one, personal service. The person dealing with me took the time to truly understand her, and it felt as though they knew her as an individual, not just another client.
That level of care made a difficult process much easier, and gave us her family real confidence that everything will be handled with dignity when the time comes. I would definitely recommend their service.

My first experience planning a sensitive funeral
I'll admit that this was a process I'd been putting off. Let's say, I had to make a funeral plan for a still alive vunerable adult who I represent. I was recommended a funeral provider so I took out the plan fully guided. I knew what was required as details were online so I chose options then the funeral provider guided me to the right plan which was much cheaper than I thought because its done in advance. Took about hour and half to plan. All in all, a very positive experience to get that out of the way, I'm truely grateful for this service and it's taken a heavy weight off my shoulders knowing its being taken care of. I will be using this service also for myself and recommend to others one hundred per cent.

Helpful staff and a good price
I bought two plans for my husband and I online. However I did ring first to ask some questions before completing the purchase. I found the staff member I spoke to very helpful. Obviously I am still here, so I can't comment on how good the service will be when the time comes but I'm happy so far
