Ce marchand n est pas sérieux

I finally opened my package several months after initial delivery to find a missing product. I notified customer service, expecting an "it's too late" response like most companies would. Instead, they were quick to respond and shipped out the missing product immediately. It's rare to find actual customer service in today's world, and Chitu Systems delivered.

Pay £160 a year for PRO Software.. only to find out you can't wirelessly send files to a anycubic mono 4 Ultra... never again

Bought their Resin Heater H2 for my mars 4 ultra as it is listed as compatible. The instructions manual didn't cover how to correctly attach it to the printer and I had to contact support. They showed me an inaccurate, rubbish diagram that was literally just a bad drawing of a different printer with the heater drawn inside. It did not work. The heater simply does not fit in the Mars 4 ultra. The attachments used to connect the heater to the printer are not good quality. The "sticky" side of the magnet attachment came straight off rendering it useless. Support then suggested I just get an enclosure for the heater...which completely negates the whole point of buying the heater in the first place. Their response time when contacting support is also subpar, you could be waiting anywhere between 3 days to over a week.

This is a review of their customer service.
I made an order of some items I needed to repair and upgrade my resin printer. Didn't realise until the next day I had ordered the wrong part on one item, contacted stating this and not aware if it had shipped yet. I got contacted back within an hour, with customer support confirming what item it was that I was actually looking for, as well as providing a link to said item, once they confirmed this they canceled the order and issued the refund for me without me needing to ask; within a matter of minutes. Whilst I haven't got the products yet (Which I know will be perfectly fine) the customer service interaction has genuinely surprised and pleased me with the rapid and user-friendly approach. Many companies could learn from them!

Het pakket zat boordevol extra's, luxe tas, koelkastmagneet, boekjes, snoer, oplaadstation, hoesje.
Mooi ingepakt in hard karton in 2 dozen met mooie opdruk. Het is altijd even afstellen met de equalizer voor een beter geluid natuurlijk.

Chitu Systems zijn voornamelijk bekend met hun moederborden voor 3D Printers en de Chitubox software die een eind gekomen is.

Nu met versies 2.x vooral voor de Pro versie ziet het er veel belovend uit. Stabieler, meer opties, sneller en betere auto supports.
Ook hier moet je altijd alles even nalopen en zelf handmatig supports toevoegen die je instelt op dikte en punt dikte.

Het maken van supports in kunsthars is nu eenmaal heel anders dan FDM.

On December 15th 2022 Chitu sold me resin that expired on 7/26/21 months ago as part of a "sale" on resin that was getting close to it's expiration date. If they sold it to me that means that at least 100's of people were also victims this fraudulent behavior.

Worst company ever. Charged me $90 for a year of use on software that was incomplete, then failed horribly to even offer decent support. They did all they could to try and keep this from going public, but due to their actions, I have lost several days of work all over this garbage software. Do not trust them, do not buy from them. Search for Lychee instead.

ChiTu Systems rocks! beautifully packaged Screen, easy to navigate website, has exactly what you're looking for for old Photon / Mars printer. Screen came with adapter for Photon and the double-sided tape. Watch installation videos on YouTube. All good.
