Their plublicy says the products can be returned, but the truth is they do no attend the petitions, they just ignore you, their customer support does not answer your mails.
They sell microphones but cannot guarantee with which devices the mic's will be compatible with. Their customer's support is incredibly mediocre. In my case it ended with "just use it with your phone", since the mic didn't work with my DJI action 4. And then came the line "we cannot say with which devices it will be compatible with".
It was really frustrating regarding my attempts to get customer service assistance for the microphone I received as a Christmas gift. Boya mini 2, there is some technical problems the moment I opened it, it cannot connect to any device.
I have been trying to contact customer service for information about the repair process. Initially, I sought the address of the repair center, which took quite some time to obtain. When I finally arrived at the location, I found it closed, and no one was there to assist me. After that, I reached out via email to inquire about the situation, only to be met with a barrage of irrelevant questions that seemed to sidetrack the entire issue. I sent them the receipt from Fortress, a reputable store in Hong Kong, confirming my purchase. To make it worst instead of resolving the matter, I was met with doubts about the receipt's authenticity.
What really boiled my frustration was when customer service questioned the box that came with the microphone. I explained that I had already disposed of it, yet the inquiry persisted as if that detail was crucial to the repair. Now, to top it all off, customer rep informed me that due to their annual meeting, I would not receive a response for three to four working days. Are you kidding me? I just wanted customer repair centre address and instead this entire experience has been exasperating.
I purchased the BOYA Mini Wireless Microphone for iPhone and could not pair it with my phone. I tried to contact Boya through various means and eventually received a brief reply in Chinese. The translation didn't help.
