i seemed to have had a few items that you had to deal with but your people overcame those items it took a little time to do so but they managed i was not in a rush so it all worked out.

Our experience with Home Equity Bank was first-rate from start to finish, mainly due to our Specialist, Ryan Zaibak. He was at all times very knowledgeable, respectful and patient. He kept in touch with us with updates every step of the way, both by phone and email, and was a pleasure to deal with!

My first contact was with Bev Kensley and then with Audra Branigan, both of whom were friendly, helpful and very supportive. The entire process was clearly explained to me and took less time to complete than I expected.
I would be happy to recommend this company.

We dealt with Ryan throughout the process and the level of support and patience he showed made us very confident in the transaction. His diligence, attention to detail and personal delivery was excellent. He was knowledgeable and responded positively to all our questions. All in all, our experience with the process was very good.

We are pleased with the simplicity of the reverse mortgage process, but also displeased in the lack of direct communication from Home Equity Bank (HEB). We received our funds 4 days early, but we were also led to believe that our existing mortgage would be paid off first. We received no communication from HEB welcoming us, or telling us that the reverse mortgage is in effect and the funds deposited in our account. We also did not receive any indication that it could take 10 to 15 days for our current mortgage to be paid out. Clear communication up front about all of this would have provided us some comfort and assurance. Logging into my bank and seeing that our mortgage still existed and the the bank says we still owe them $105,000, was somewhat frightening.

Very friendly and professional customer service , I was dealing with Mr. Hugh Anderson , he is a pro , answers all your concerns with patience , Highly recommended.
