I have just completed the Home Equity Bank Reverse Mortgage process, which I originally thought was going to be another one of those negotiations that seem to go on forever. I was wrong. The communications I had with your mortgage representative (Mike Wells) were as clear and concise as a person could ask. He walked me through all the questions I had and made sure I understood exactly what the next steps were. Through his patience and understanding of my positioning (as to why I was thinking of going in this direction), he took a lot of the stress I was having away I cannot thank him enough.

Dealing with Agnes from Vancouver was great. She explained everything and then instead of the " usual pressure tactics" asked us to think about it, come back and ask more questions. She laid out the situation according to our needs and gave us simple, readable charts to show us where we would be at.
