Chill House Recensioni

Swift delivery. Great Shelf.

very helpful

The website was easy to navigate, lots of information available and the choice was fantastic. Our floating shelf arrived within a week and was well packaged. The shelf itself is an excellent quality real piece with natural variations, knots etc but has been prepared to a high standard and looks great in our living room. Quality fixtures and fittings all supplied.

Easy to order and brilliant quality. Would use again.

Delighted with the 3 shelves we ordered. Needed to check some details before we bought and Chill House was really helpful sending additional images so we could see exactly what we were choosing. Delivery was considerably quicker than the estimate and shelves were beautifully packed in pristine condition. Thank you, we would recommend without hesitation.

Brought 6 walnut floating shelves and they are beautiful I love them quick delivery very very happy

Fantastic service, they helped me massively when let down by another company, organised and dispatched my order within 24 hours, and it is beautiful!

Very impressed with the service, spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful on the telephone. Beautiful piece of wood shelving very happy with purchase.

Bought some live edge floating shelves and the quality is absolutely horrendous, they're not live edged, they're cut with a bandsaw and they're not finished well and don't look like the pictures at all.

I had a joiner install them and they don't support any weight, I put an 8kg weight on it (less than half of what it should support) and it bent to the point of useless.

Customer service is also shockingly bad, they keep blaming me for everything and won't acknowledge their shelves don't function and are dangerous, we have a baby in the house and things could fall onto her if I used the shelves as intended. Oh and if you buy bespoke they charge you more and won't offer you a refund but also if you buy standard and alter, they still won't recognise faults and say you not eligible for a refund. I gave so much evidence to prove faults and they still won't acknowledge.

Waste of time and money.

coffee table arrived in 2 flat boxes not as a made up table as expected

Very happy from buying the items to receiving them

Easy to order and delivered quickly and just as described

Great customer service, updated from start to finish. Shelf looks great and was a very reasonable cost. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Bought a custom size live edge shelf to use as a window sill.
Wood is really chunky, colour staining is very good. Overall very pleased with the price, quality and speed of delivery. Would definitely recommend Chill House.

Ordered samples and arrived within a few days.

I reserve commenting till I have received the shelf

Great customer service and product. I've ordered 4 shelves but the colour didn't fit my furniture. Contacted the office and was allowed to send them back for revarnish. Absolutely so problems. I couldn't find reasonable price for courier but Monica from the office helped me with it. They came back 5 days later and are simply wonderful. Perfect fit!!!!

Really quick realise of order.
Quick and safe delivery.
All perfect.
Thanks

Fast dispatch, great quality product and clear and easy to follow fitting instructions.

I ordered two floating shelves from Chill House for our Log racks to finish off the tops, The cut to the size I asked for and are perfect. Delivery with in 1 week would definitely recommend.
