I don’t often leave reviews but the experience I had with Libby and ‘chickens to your door’ has been amazing. I spoke with Libby for an hr ( on a bank holiday) about their chickens and her passion was infectious! I loved her knowledge and enthusiasm about her birds. From the moment we spoke to the moment our chickens arrived it was nothing but positive. She went above and beyond to make sure not only I was happy but we had the right birds for our set up and that they would also be happy. Our girls arrived and they were very relaxed dispute their long journey, the lovely young man who delivered them gave us great advise on settling them in. 4 days in and they are settled, happy and already laying! Thank you so much Libby for our beautiful flock. I recommend Libby and her team 150%

I bought some bantams and hybrids from ‘chickens to your door’
I live locally so could collect them when they arrived in Baltonborough.

Everything went seamlessly and all our new girlies are settling in really well.

Very friendly and professional. I called them up to sort out some details of my order and they stayed on the phone till I had sorted out the order and made sure it all went through ok. Chickens arived healthy and happy and are settling in wonderfully! I am very happy with my experience using Chickenstoyourdoor.

Libby the hen guru is the “go to lady” for all things hen related.
I reckon she has an “ology” in hens.
I have been a happy Libby customer for over 4 years and if only the hens would drop the “pecking order” thing I would be a even happier. But I am advised it’s in their DNA.
Love her healthy hens and Libby is the alternative to Google when ordering hens in Somerset and beyond.

Very helpful with advice as to how to introduce the chicks to the flock. Reassured that Libby would be there if we need help in the future. The chicks were healthy and happy.

Libby was so accessible and helpful after we lost all but one of our flock. Within the day I was able to come and see her beautifully kept birds and bring three young, healthy and beautiful bantam hens home. Libby offered aftercare support and friendly advice and my impression is that this company will go above and beyond to look after their birds and their customers too.

Bought 6 beautiful hens from them last weekend. Everything from ordering, paying and collecting was so easy. Loved being able to chose which hens I wanted from the flock. They all looked in fantastic condition and the enclosure was really clean. Already have a 14 eggs which I was not expecting in the first week. Highly recommended will be using for future purchases as well.

We bought 6 hens from Baltonsborough this morning. The lady was really helpful and couldn't have been more helpful and it was lovely to choose our own. The flock looked clean and healthy. They all seem to be settling in well at home. Thank you so much! We would recommend Ham Street Hens.

As a first time chicken owner they could not have been more helpful with useful advice and the chickens are beautiful and have settled in straight away getting eggs from day 2.

So happy with our five new hens, they are beautiful and in great condition. All settling in well. Ordering and collection were seamless and we particularly appreciated the text on the morning of collection, with info and contact numbers. Look forward to purchasing more ladies on the future.

Well advertised and organized and very helpful. I bought two Bluebells for my wife for her birthday. My only regret is I didn't buy more. I've bought chickens from other breeders and Ham street hens are the best. I will be buying again from them
