Scammers! they subscribe you and when you decide to opt out they keep debiting you and writing that the subscription is cancelled.

If I could give this company negative stars I would.
I hoped to buy one off and found i was signed up for a monthly subscription.
I told them to cancel and I continue to be charged. For the last three months.
Their advice? Cancel your credit card to avoid being charged in the future.
DO NOT BUT FROM THIS PREDATORY ILLEGAL SELLER. They lie and steal over and over. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

They scammed me. I cancelled my subscription months ago and they confirmed it and still ship product and bill my credit card.

Scam!! Do not buy anything from them!!!

It's a scam! I never subscribed and have been getting debited and sent these rubbish products since February. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

BE WARNED - AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE SHARKS, Sending a product you did not order and did not want. GET YOUR BANK TO STOP ALL DIRECT DEBITS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT this may be the only way to stop them scamming you. Make the bank responsible for the scam after this!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will send you product and auto enroll you in a subscription and ship/bill your card every month. ALL emails go unresponded to and ignored and they KEEP SHIPPING AND BILLING you. I don’t trust the product at this point either. You can’t call them or get ahold of anyone. I’ve had to dispute it with my bank after 3 straight months of unwanted $70 charges and product I never wanted. Now I need an entire new debit card. Total bullshit.

I can agree with the rest of the reviews at this point this is all that we can do is leave a bad review because they have ghosted me and the phone number they provided never works nobody ever picks up they don’t even answer emails I had to go to great lengths to close my account and get a new debit card issued or else they will charge you every month unfortunately they got me for 8 months in a row for a subscription you didn’t sign up for it’s a total scam …. Makes me not even trust the product either I wonder if that’s a scam as well it’s probably green food coloring in water …..

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. This is the second time I’ve been charged for a subscription I was told had been cancelled. I reached out multiple times—with no proper response—only to be told the order “had already been processed” and no refund could be issued.

What’s worse is that my questions were repeatedly ignored, including:
• Proof of subscription cancellation
• Contact details to escalate to a manager
• Any assurance that this won’t happen again

I’m currently unemployed, and £65 is not a small amount. The lack of accountability and basic customer care is shocking. I was previously reassured this issue had been resolved, but it happened again.

At this point, I’ve been left with no choice but to find formal channels to lodge a complaint. This experience has been unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Company is BS. They sign you up and then keep charging your credit card monthly until you complain then they charge again. Don't waste your time or money F-

Chicaddons auto-enrolled me into a subscription when I first bought their product I received the subscription email. I wrote to Chicaddons to have it canceled, to which they agreed.

One month later they sent me an email notification confirming their product had been dispatched and I was charged again. I notified them immediately, highlighting the previous emails in which they had confirmed canceling the subscription but they said that the product had been shipped and there was no way to refund. Then one month later they did the same again after already communicating with them previously and refusing to refund the cost due to their mistake.

The practices of this company is unethical and they fail to take responsibility for their own mistakes.
