I cannot get them to cancel the subscription. This is bullshit

I only ordered once ! AND You have overcharged my card hundreds of dollars by re-sending more and more products I did not order !!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel this order for over six months and no one cancels it and I have Apple trying to reverse all these charges because the item 1st will never gets delivered and I’m like I said I’ve been trying to cancel this. I don’t need it.

Like everyone else I made a one off order and since then they've been charging me every month under acsubscription. They reply saying they'll cancel it but never do. I sent the product back requesting a refund and they returned it to me. They also charge under different names. I see no effects from tgeirvproduct. Total scam

Complete scam I’ve tried 5 + times to “cancel” my “12-month” subscription SMH can’t believe Chic addons has ZERO customer service!!!!! If they had any brains or marketing sense they would listen to the people that were dumb enough to click on the Instagram advertisement in the first place. I simply had to block my credit card because 1. the product doesn’t work, 2.I didn’t sign up for recurrent shipments and you kept sending me, although 3.I wrote you several times that I don’t want your product anymore. 4.there is no address findable where to send it back, nor a phone number. So my conclusion..it’s not serious business, it’s fraud.

I have canceled this monthly subscription numerous times through email and you continue to send. I have had to call my credit card to block you over and over.

The product doesnt work, I have emailed this company many times in the last few months to cancel, stop and I do not want thier product any longer. 1st time after canceling they still charged my card, they told me to lock my card. After months of this they still charge my card. I forgot to lock my card after grocery shopping yesterday and this morning they charged my card 289.00. Now I have canceled my card and have to wait for a replacement in 7 days. This company is a total joke and a sham. Stay clear

I was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription without clear consent after what seemed like a one-time purchase or trial. I only realized weeks later that they were silently charging my credit card every month.

When I tried to unsubscribe or remove my payment method, there was NO option on their website. No unsubscribe link, no customer portal, nothing. I then tried to call their listed phone number and was shocked to find it “not in service”. Total scam behavior.

The only way I could stop the charges was by canceling my credit card and getting a new one issued – a huge inconvenience.

This company is a fraudulent trap preying on unsuspecting users. Do NOT trust Chicaddons. They operate with zero transparency and are impossible to reach.

Report them. Warn others. They should be held accountable.
