We found Cheshire House Moves on ReallyMoving. Kieran contacted us straight away after I submitted my enquiry. He came out to assess the move and give us a quote. Kieran kept in contact until our exchange so we was able to book in the day we had mentioned. From start to finish Cheshire House Moves have been reliable, professional and also treated our goods with such care like their own.

Kieran and his two helpers Matt and Steve were brilliant. Everything went so well without any hiccups and would recommend Cheshire House Moves to anyone thinking of moving house.

I recently moved across the country (Manchester to Scotland) and used Cheshire House Moves to do this, and made use of their packing service also. Their quote was very competitively priced at about half what the "national" companies were offering. The team were incredibly professional and polite throughout the move. During the packing/unloading process I was able to stand aside and let them get on with it without worrying about breakages; everything was carefully packed away. I think after moving an entire three-bed house 200 miles the only breakage was a small worthless drinks glass, which I am very happy with. Kieran himself was very communicative during the lead-up to the move and his team made everything so easy on the day. They even built the bed back up, which we were not expecting but wholly appreciated! I highly recommend these guys.

Kieron and his team were absolutely brilliant and so professional from start to finish. Highly recommended. If you are thinking of saving a few quid on a van please trust me when I say - best money I have ever spent. Kieran and his team were professional, calm and helpful throughout. They did a fantastic job and took the stress out of moving for us. Two vans arrived at 8am and our 3 bed semi-detached was packed and in the vans by ~11:30am. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were fantastic. We used Cheshire House moves to relocate from Manchester to Cornwall. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I can't believe how smooth they made the whole process. Everything made it in the same condition as it left (I actually think they put some of our furniture back together better than it was!!) Kieran was so professional on the initial visit, and the quote was so reasonable that we didn't bother getting any other quotes. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Cheshire House Moves moved us 100+ miles from a large house to a small rented house, and we opted to pay for their packing service.

This could have been a stressful, but the enthusiasm and experience of the moving team made this easy.

It was great to have the company owner involved in all aspects of the move. The information he gave when visiting for estimation, was leagues better than the other companies. What was most important to us was being given the confidence that the specific moving team used would all be careful and sufficiently experienced to minimise the damage to the furniture and houses.

This company differs from some others by using a set of smaller vans depending on capacity requirements, rather than using huge vans. I am no expert in moving, but from what I saw this made it easier to pack the vehicles in a manner which minimises potential damage to the content.
