We ordered some hardware to put up gates for our front entryway. When they arrived, the box was totally open. The one top of the one piece the ball on the top was broken off and missing and smashed. There was scratches all over the metal post and they didn't send us the right hardware. They only sent us 4 pieces, to mount it to the gate and the back parts of the four brackets that attach to the gate were not there. Very negligent company.

Being able to talk to a person, honest answers. Delivered when they said they would.

I had to call and email numerous times before I finally got my order delivered, and even then I didn't get any reply, the order just finally showed up

Fast service the communication durning the order and after on my delivery.
We used zip ties too help hold the parts of the tarp in placing it properly . You guys could put that in yr kits too help building the garage as well as adding pole holders too help hold the arches up while u are setting it up . I have pictures too show how it helped us for only 2 ppl doing the work .

They were very responsive when I found that I was missing a couple pieces.

Chery has answered all my questions and been up front with information. Delivery was on time and simple.
Just opened the box and peeked in, nothing but rain this week so still in the box.
Neighbors have same hoop building and love it, hope my experience will be similar.

My order was accurate, delivery as promised and the freight company followed our direction as specified at the job site.

Jermaine Gentle was a rockstar. Worked well with him and accommodated what I was trying to have completed prior to the Labor day Holiday.

They did not have updates... we continually had to follow up. took too long to get our order.. we were not advised, upfront, the credit card was changed, and then we followed up on the eta to be told it was coming from overseas...no definite date given. Had to call every month....

The manual was incorrect . There was very minimal instruction . I was short bolts and nuts and still have not received them weeks later.

I had a problem with my gate opening. It appeared to be a problem with the motherboard that controls the gate. System was less than a year old. They sent me a new motherboard.
