There were items missing from my order…
There were items missing from my order when it was delivered, not many, but I didn't receive everything I paid for. A small mistake that this company could easily have resolved, but they insisted the order was fulfilled and refused to rectify the situation. Very poor customer experience not to mention a breach of consumer rights. This was my first order from this company and I would not use them again.
