Good customer sevice.
We are dealing regularly with cherry cosmetics for years. Always got good service and product. They try to resolve problems asap. Sometimes they are slow to reply emails. Other than this, they are wonderful supplier.

Bad Customer service and Rude
Yes, you reply to me under my review like a you guys are not wrong. All products I purchased from your website were sent my back home country, I can’t recall it back. I sent to you guys a message, to let you know about your products were expired and too old shelf life. I just wanted your apology and responsibility not rude service ok. In our conversation, you guys didn’t apologise or not initiate to do some responsibility.And if you are selling clearance products, you should mention it to the customers. Don’t be cheating all customers. Everyone is not foolish.
