Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Competitively priced second hand car among many on offer which fitted our requirements perfectly. Fair price given for our car and post completion offered to fit phone holder. Couldn't really ask for more.

Chelmsford Car Company is the best MINI dealership. They are a small family run business and their customer service is unrivalled. From being very courteous to arranging everything like a new MOT, road tax and delivery, to giving my son and I a lift to the train station.
There was no waiting for the car to be delivered and the entire process ran smoothly and hassle-free. The entire team is providing the most genuine and best customer service to their clients just because they are wonderful people.

We absolutely love our new (to us) Mini Countryman PHEV Hybrid. Absolutely immaculate in and out even though 6 years old. Elliot, James and the team could not have been more helpful in progressing the sale and exchange of our old car and helping sort out a few initial teething problems with the new brake pads (replaced without charge) and the high voltage battery (initially not charging optimally) - and the inconspicuous low profile courtesy car was fun to drive too! Thanks CCC!

No pressure buying experience, explained what we were looking for and given several options with explanation on each vehicle. We had done quite a bit of research on price against model, specification and milage so found them competitive especially against main dealer. Left alone to look over the vehicles with an offer to take cars out for test drive on our own. Selected a vehicle and all documentation made available for us to view and ask questions. Collected us from rail station when collecting the vehicle which was immaculately presented and so far very pleased with the purchase.

Elliot went out of his way to find me a suitable finance. The company made sure that the car had a valid fresh MOT before they delivered it me. Brilliant service- Just bought a mini from these guys and just wanted to say how easy the whole process was, they went above and beyond in the whole process and the car is an absolute beauty for a really good price, not at all pushy and friendly to deal with.
