Ordered two blouses and a dress. Blouses were too small and dress looked terrible on me. I requested to return. I followed their return requests i.e. photos of mailing labels and of the garments. Their response was to suggest I should sell the items myself. I objected to that suggestion. They then said it would be very expensive for me to send everything back to them and finally offered to-refund 10% of my purchase price and I could keep the clothes!
