Used this company for the last few years for animal feeds and equipment for my smallholding. The staff always go the extra mile to be helpful.

Bought a Goodnature A24 rat and mouse trap. Free next day delivery was excellent. They used my favourite firm DPD. Tracked to the house within 1 hour slot. Item arrived in great condition.

Excellent experience with this company. Bought boots online on Saturday and they were delivered next day on Sunday by 9am.

I ordered a Stihl BGA 57 Battery Cordless Leaf Blower late on Monday and it arrived by 10 am on Weds. Very happy with the service and the comunication of delivery information by e-mail and txt.

Really terrible service. I purchased a hanging feed bowl which will not hang on anything I have tried it on. I didn't know until I used it that it wouldn't do that and when I contacted them to say that, they weren't at all interested. They didn't reply to my next email and then when I chased them again said I'd have to send pictures of the things I had tried to hang it on.
As I'd spent about £20 on it and getting delivered this seems a little pedantic and makes me feel that they don't trust me to be honest.
I spend SO much money on things for the horses and never complain unless I have good cause. For the money you think they would take a customer's word and wither offer a refund or even a credit note would be fine.
I've had some really lovely and personal service from other companies when I've needed to have things returned/exchanged. So disappointing!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago now for Fence panels, posts and post mix. I was advised that it would take around 2 weeks to get in. I made a call 2 weeks later to have an update as nobody called me. I was assured the products had turned up and it would be delivered the next day. Next day came, midday no call so I rang up to be told the panels actually were not my panels but someone else's and that the place they were ordering them from now had no stock. Not only did I take the day off work after being assured of delivery, but they also told me they sold out of post mix and wouldn't have any in until the end of July!! word of warning, they will be soon to take your money off you but take all the time in the world to deliver to products.. and in my case no products at all as we ended up having a full refund for over £400 which has now been spent on another local company and after 1 phone call we already have delivery guaranteed for next week.... in future if you dont have the stock then dont take the money and fail to deliver the goods, be honest upfront.

Very upset and disappointed with the service I received in the horse shop! Chelford has been my favourite equestrian store for many years but sadly I am now going to take my custom elsewhere

Ordered an item on their website only to be told the following day they couldn’t supply it because of poor inventory management.

They get an extra star for being polite and refunding me straight away, but having a website saying they have stock when they don’t is simply amateurish these days.

If CFS want to waste their customer’s time, then they have succeeded.

Lovely item well packaged, excellent price and very prompt delivery. Will use again.

I ordered a Stihl AL300 charger on Monday, it was delivered the next day. One of the best prices on line with free delivery that I could find. Brilliant service!!!
