I’ve made candy for many years

I’ve made candy for many years. I learned from my mother who attended several class from a company that taught her some amazing tips and recipes. But I figure it’s always good to learn more. I’ve never been one to make others pay for my knowledge. I’ve always shared my knowledge freely. But I am older and realize that I am a rare commodity. I was disappointed in not being able to receive responses to my questions. There was no support offered even through it was stated that support was available. Living in the USA, the prices of tools and courses were way out of my price range. But I do understand that those who are younger and invest in their craft sell their information to make more money. I am on a constant learning journey, but because I am on a limited and fixed income I can’t afford to spend a great deal of money for things that I just don’t use. For younger people, these courses may have some value, but they don’t to me. I know how to work with chocolate and lots of different candy recipes. For those of us who enjoy giving of our time and sharing our talents with others these courses are just way out of line with my ideals. I’m sure your creations are delicious and they look beautiful. But I am old enough to have learned that money and status mean nothing in the eternal perspective. So for me learning is valuable but not if it comes at such a high price.

Too late to meet you, Chef Jungstedt

Professional knowledge and worthful experience are sharing with us in the course.

I never regret buying this course and recommend it to my friends too.

The only thing that I think can add in is to provide a short and clear written procedure (point form can be fine) for the filling recipes. As I always forget the videos i watched, or sometimes really rush in time, I will just want to skip the videos and follow the recipes to do the filling. Sorry for my lazy.

Moreover, can you add a table about the temperature of the chocolate in different stages?
For examples, the chocolate before we temper, the chocolate after we tempered, the chocolate mould after decorate, the chocolate mould after adding the chocolate coating, after adding the fillings, after caping, before we selling, after selling.

Worth every penny.

When I bought the premium package, I wasn't sure what to expect. I soon found out that the courses are well done, each topic has small classes so you can go at your own pace and it also makes it easy to find an argument you need a refresher on. The way Chef explains is easy to understand, clear and I love that there are demonstration on how to do things. The PDF files are amazing and I find myself going back at them often. The ganache calculator has been a game changer. Thank you chef!

Awesome Courses for Professionals or Beginners

I absolutely love every course and recipe I’ve purchased. His tips, techniques, and advice are incredible. I now have a much better understanding of why certain things have happened to me in the past and, more importantly, how to prevent those issues moving forward. The information is clear, easy to grasp, and truly invaluable. He explains everything in a way that’s accessible to everyone and genuinely wants his students to succeed. Honestly, he could charge so much more for his courses—they’re that good!

Best chocolate course in the world

Chef Jungstedt is a very skilled chocolatier and knows just about everything chocolate related. I have purchased some of his courses and have never looked back.. all courses are amazing, recipes easy to follow and you can always contact him for questions you might have. The guy is clever, professional and I can’t recommend his courses enough. If you want to adventure in the chocolate world, chef Jungstedt is the chef to go to!

Thus is a great resource and platform to use. It is easy to navigate and work with, the files and videos are played out great and easy to understand. I also think it is great for a beginner and also it us really good for professionals or people that have had training in chocolate work. Well worth the money

Highly Recommend Premium Membership

After taking the 5 Day Bonbon Challenge course, I knew that I wanted to continue learning with Chef Jungstedt's premium courses. The training is detailed and concise. I learn by watching and then doing. I appreciate that I can go back and rewatch content. I feel the service is worth it. From one newbie to another, I definitely recommend his courses.
