Worth every penny!
Everything is laid out in black and white. A great teacher for the experienced professional or keen amateur. His tutorials and recipes provide a great foundation, as well as inspiration to try your own twists!

I was able to get the molds I needed just in time for the event. There was a computer order issue and my order was lost. Several emails later, my order was filled.

Fantastic Courses
I've taken multiple courses from Chef Jungstedt and they are absolutely a good investment. The courses are well thought out, thorough, and clear and easy to follow. As a professional, I've still learned a lot of really great things from his courses and I wish that they had been available to me when I first started my chocolate journey.
