Was a very simple booking experience

We love our travel agent Krista! We get all We have to with one call and we've never been unsatisfied with choices she recommends so helpful in the all the 12 years we are so looking forward to our trip in March

We book all of our cruises with Krista LaRue ext 77596. She takes the time to listen to the customers and tailor the cruise around their needs. Cheap Cruises offers the best pricing and the best support.

Your agent, Kat Jordan, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We felt like she worked hard to get us the best deal. We have booked with her the last three years and will use only her in the future.

They lure you in low price cruises and stick it to you if you have to cancel. Be sure to read the fine print. I paid a $314 deposit for a cruise in April of 24. Now, because I have to cancel due to a business trip, they want to charge me an additional $100 cancellation fee. The total cruise package is just north of $1000 for a 4 night cruise. In order to cancel they want 40% of the cruise package with a 4 month cancellation notice. The cruise was booked in late November.

Very helpful, had a couple of cruise credit for husband n myself to plan a trip, RC couldn’t find one so travel agent, Kameron, went all out to fight for us n found the problem, RC reinstated the credit so now we are planning on sailing in February, can’t wait! Definitely use this company, with workers like her it will be smooth sailing!!!

TLDR: I got a good price on a cruise, but found that cheapcruises.com website offers and specials are misleading. Call if you care about which specials will apply.

I went looking for a Caribbean cruise and cheapcruises.com had some very attractive pricing and black Friday offers. After attempting to determine which of the offers would apply to my potential booking, I went on to actually book my cruise online. The booking was within 60 days and so was non-refundable. The booking options on the "ordering pages" made it VERY difficult to determine which of the various offers on the previous page would or would not apply. In the end, l chose less expensive options and ended up getting NONE of the offers, as I had unknowingly chosen a no-perks fare.

For context, I have cruised dozens of times and I have booked at cheapcruises.com at least three times, prior to this review. This was my least satisfactory experience, but I bear some of the responsibility for the outcome. I SHOULD have called a representative and gotten clarity on what offers were valid for the price point I was considering. Frankly, I got excited and jumped when I should have slowed down and called. I am not unhappy with the price I got, and I'm not unhappy with cheapcruises.com in general. What I AM unhappy with is the lack of clarity on which offers are going to apply to which fares as you move though the ordering process. The offers are more than a little misleading and once you start the actual ordering process, the offer fine print is not available to read.

The initial agent we spoke with was friendly, but he booked us the wrong room. By the time we caught his error and called back the next day, he was unreachable and another agent told us the price for the room we had wanted had gone up in price by a couple hundred dollars. They did absolutely nothing to fix it. Later we found a coupon code that our cruise line and most travel agents accept, but cheapcruises.com is refusing to honor it. Their 'benefits' are not as good as some of their competitors, such as not including gratuities, even though their prices are no better than we could have gotten through our cruise line directly. I will be telling everyone asking about booking cruises to absolutely avoid cheapcruises.com.

Cheap Cruises has great deals and the best customer service. Their website is user friendly, and if you prefer to speak to a representative, they are knowledgeable concerning every portion of a cruise. I have booked all of my cruises with Cheap Cruises, and I highly recommend them.

This has been most worst Experience I have ever had with a travel company. I have traveled all over the world and have never been mislead to get my booking. I was informed everything was included and after my booking my trip all the incentives disappeared. I booked a room that cost more then I wanted to spend but after a very difficult year I need the rest and piece of mind. Found out I got no incentive and now I have to pay a additional 1500 dollars. There was only one agent willing to help Lizet but her hands where tied. So please be aware when dealing with Cheap Cruise but they don’t give you what they promise.

I booked a cruise for January 2024. It stated the price paid for the cruise would be 100% refunded until a specific date. I called more than a month prior to this date and was told the 100% refund applies to the cruise ship company, not them. Cheap Cruises charges you $100 to cancel. I thought I read the fine print but I noticed you have to click on the terms and conditions during booking to see the $100 cancellation fee where as the 100% refund policy is clearly stated on the page…interesting. I do not recommend using Cheap Cruises. It feels very scammy to me.
