Ive ordered 2x car magnets, cut to shape, supplied my own artwork, paid for a proof an selected eta of 5/6 days. The next day i recieved an email asking how id like them cut.. so i reminded them i had selected cut to shape. Id then sent a few more emails asking when id receive the proof and their estimated delivery time, i got told they'd find out and get back to me "today". Days later id still not received an update. I emailed once again asking for an update, even called and was told they would find out from the design team and let me know by the end of the day. Following day (today) i emailed again for an update and got told the courier had collected the package and "lost it at the depot" .. so they will reprint and i should get them in 2/3 days time.. no word of the proof i paid for.. its been 11 working days since i paid nearly £70 and was planning on using this company to print our flyers but will be going with a different company going forward and i recommend you do the same. I will update this review depending on the quality of work once I eventually receive our car magnets but so far the customer service is terrible! Although they are friendly and respectful, there just isn't enough communication, especially when there are complications. Not happy right now..
