We are sorry to hear about this experience. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

The order was cancelled after we received information from our payment gateway indicating that the transaction had been flagged as potentially fraudulent. For security reasons and to protect both customers and our store from unauthorized transactions, the order had to be cancelled.

The refund was initiated immediately and submitted to our payment processor, Skrill. Skrill then processed the refund and sent a standard notification explaining that, depending on the bank, the funds may take up to 21 days to appear. This is only a maximum estimated timeframe and does not mean that every refund will take 21 days.

After the customer contacted us, we explained that the funds had already been refunded from our side and that the remaining processing time depended on Skrill and the customer’s bank. We also contacted Skrill directly and asked them to check the status and, if possible, speed up the process.

Unfortunately, once a refund has been submitted and processed by the payment provider, we do not control how quickly the receiving bank credits the funds back to the account. In most cases, customers using banks in the EU or USA receive the refund within a few business days, while international banking systems may sometimes require more time.

We are sorry that in this case the refund took more than 7 days. However, the refund itself was initiated immediately after the order was cancelled, and the subsequent processing time was handled by the payment processor and the bank.
