Simply amazing customer service.

Never left a review on Trustpilot before but felt compelled to do so due to the unmatchable speed and remarkable response from the customer service compared to other similar Steam key platforms.

I recently decided to try Gamesporium through gg.deals and ordered a discounted Steam key for Grapple Dog. Shortly after, my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Because the website seemingly lacked an out-of-stock notification system, I reached out to inquire if the game would be restocked before the discount ended and how I could be notified.

To my surprise, within just three minutes, I received a response detailing that the new stock was expected within approximately 48 hours. Furthermore, the support team kindly offered to reserve a copy and provide it free of charge once it arrived, promising to contact me directly. True to their word, I received the steam key via email just half a day later and it activated perfectly. This has truly been the best experience I’ve had with any Steam key site and its customer service thus far. I look forward to making more purchases here in the future. Thank you to the customer support team for resolving this issue so quickly and gracefully.

Two suggestions for consideration:

Out-of-Stock Indicators: If possible, displaying a clear “out of stock” sign directly on the product page would make it much easier for customers to notice inventory status before attempting a purchase.

Region Activation Checks: It would provide great peace of mind if product pages clearly stated whether a Steam key is global and/or included an automated region-activation check. Currently, it is rather difficult to verify if a key will activate in a customer’s specific country before buying.

Once again, thank you for the quick resolution and this incredibly positive experience.

I saw they had a game for sale and ordered it, sadly they key I received was for the wrong region. I emailed them and within 20 minutes the problem was fixed. Perfection is not reasonable, but being able to turn around and fix a problem nearly instantly outside of regular business hours? That is worth my business. Highly Reccomended

No Key Delivered

My first purchase was cancelled because of the game was out of stock. They should've prevented people from ordering if it's out of stock, so none of us would waste time in ordering and refunding

It seems like there're some misunderstanding from both sides. Their key delivery system is fine. There're some issues with manual verification + sourcing location-specific key which caused the delayed delivery

However, my point still stands: if you cannot deliver keys instantly because it's out of stock or lack of location-specific keys, don't let us buy it. Most of us buy keys because we want to play the games immediately, so even a few hours of delay could be very frustrating, especially for someone who has a regular job and don't have much free time for gaming

Their costumer support is kind of late but they're communicative and genuine. They also offered the keys I wanted to buy for free

excellent customer support

After the purchase, I got an issue with the product key that was duplicated, and had already been redeeemed on another active account.

The customer support was quick to respond (under 15 minutes), provided a replacement key that is functional, and also issued a full refund for the transaction; I wasn't expecting anything like a game for free, thanks very much for such attention from the customer support.

I wanted to buy CIV VI and got on this…

I wanted to buy CIV VI and got on this site through gg.deals. On the product page there was this picture of the full anthology bundle, so I bought it and apparently I had only payed for the base game. There was a small text on the product page that said "Base Game". I filled in a contact form because I obviously wanted the full game. The support team gave me a key to the full game without having to pay extra and a discount code for a possible next purchase.
Great experience overall.
One point of critique: When I payed for the key, I got a confirmation email that said: "Your key will arrive soon." I was starting to worry, because what does soon mean, so I went to trustpilot and saw a 2.6 rating. I thought I had been scammed, of course I was on the wrong website, but I only noticed that a few minutes later, meanwhile the key had already arrived. The point being by not giving a timeframe, I started worrying "Why would they be so vague.", so I think it could be nice to give a timeframe in the confirmation e-mail like "this generally arrives in ...".

Great Prices and Instant Delivery

Cheap and trustable

Good Price - Hassle Free Activation

They feature lots of games in various genres, and with great deals on many titles. I purchased a Steam key for a game which was on my radar for quite a while. 5 minutes after the purchase I have received the key and had no issues activating. Definitely recommend to have a look at this platform and compare the prices before buying.
