Booked a cut for my daughter. Her hair is to her mid back and was expecting we would be charged this rate. The hairdresser told me she would need to charge more due to length so I agreed thinking she would need more time. Haircut was done in less than 40 min, didn’t need extra time and charged me more and they would not even put curls in her hair. Was told I would have to pay another $20.00 to turn on a curling iron on top of already being charged another $20.00 for the trim. Not worth $89.00 for a trim.

The stylist went above and beyond. My daughter was extremely happy with her haircut.

I asked for a blowout. The stylist asked how I wanted my hair styled. I was confused because I thought a blowout was just with a blow dryer to have voluminous hair. She asked if I wanted it straightened or curled so I said I guess waved. I had no volume at all at my roots and asked her to get volume. She ended up teasing it a bit and added product. Hair did not look or feel like it should have after a blowout.My hair felt stiff at the root and frizzy. It also didn’t look like I got my hair done which was disappointing as I was leaving for a trip the following day. Instead, I have to rewash my hair and style it. I feel I paid for nothing. The stylist was very friendly and did have good customer service otherwise.

I needed to trim some long patches of hair that I didn't notice at the salon but I did when I was brushing my hair at home

Jenny was so kind, welcoming, and an awesome hype girl! She made me feel so beautiful and left my hair looking and feeling amazing! As someone who has never bleached my hair, she was careful and considerate. Thank you Jenny!

After going to a number of the male centric barber shops in town and having my son's hair be butchered he got a phenomenal haircut! Super happy and will be back
