I got my haircut from chatters by Humara, and she did an excellent job! She was professional, friendly, and really understood what I wanted. I’m so happy with the result—highly recommend her!

Service today was AMAZING! The vibes are definitely there, the stylist was so approachable as well and accommodating. I love my hair, I feel very confident and I got a lot of compliments cause of it, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Will come again :D

Hardeep was so kind and caring, always checking up on how I was doing, and made it comfortable for me to talk about my preferences. She did a fantastic job with my hair and I walked out of there feeling like a new person! The whole process felt seamless and easy.

Chatters is Awesome!
Everyone from my stylist, to the manager were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. My stylist listened to what I wanted and also was able to offer suggestions as to my cut (first visit) and colour (second visit). I am extremely pleased with my hair and am happy to have found a new salon.

Humara is excellent, I enjoy every service with her. She is very kind and professional. The reason I am deducting 1 start for this review is for the salon to please get the front automatic door fixed as I use a walker and this makes it difficult to enter the salon.

I went in for a hair colour and was…
I went in for a hair colour and was told the price would be 300 before the service. However, after the colour was done, they charge 350 and they also charge me for cutting which was significantly higher and they didn’t told me about the cut charges before cut .The work itself was fine, but I feel the pricing should be honest and clear from the beginning. Unexpected extra charges left me disappointed and unlikely to return.

I took keratin smoothening treatment…
I took keratin smoothening treatment for my hair because i wanted to add some shine and smoothness to my hair. Also they were a little wavy so i wanted them to look straight. After the treatment, i see no change in my hair even the shine i had before has gone now and they look more rough than before this treatment had me no benefit only waste of money
