My hairstylist Emily, and the women at the front desk are always very welcoming and pleasant. Emily was very willing to give me a new hair style when I showed her some of my previous short cuts, so all in all a great experience today. Thanks, I appreciate it very much.

The salon staff made me feel like I was…
The salon staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to take my appointment. They attempted to push the appointment a week as only one stylist was available to take it even though it was already booked. I left feeling very uncomfortable with the thought of them doing my hair. I cancelled the appointment after finding another salon to have it done in.
To the response that I got from the salon about this. I wanna make something very clear. My original appointment was with the stylist who I ended up being booked with for today. They attempted to change it to a different stylist. Which is why it was going to be pushed a week to accommodate that new stylist. So to chatters, who’s attempting to make the sound as though I was the problem I wasn’t. You decided to change who I was going to see, I wasn’t willing to wait a week to get my hair done. And in that conversation to book it for today, which, by the way I have cancelled because I felt completely uncomfortable with the whole conversation. Every single stylist, including the managers at the front desk made me feel as though I was the issue because I wasn’t willing to wait an extra week when I needed the appointment for this weekend.

We regret that you felt like an inconvenience, the Elite stylist you chose for the service booking was booked up till next Wed. The 3 pm original appointment was rebooked in with you yesterday for the same time-3pm, but it had to be with a different stylist. I'm sorry that did not work for you.

Joven
I landed in Jovens chair after receiving a horrible haircut and colour service elsewhere. I had tons of breakage, damage and not much hair left to work with. On our first appointment, Joven helped to shape my hair a little better for growing out and recommended deep conditioning services to repair some of the damage done. On our second appointment after a period of grow out, he was able to cut and style it with expertise and beautiful results. His calm demeanour and relaxing scalp massages at the sink definitely helped to calm my anxieties and trust the process. He also helped me pick out products that would give me the styling results that I was hoping for. I am already looking forward to my next appointment with Joven! Thank you!

Well! Not sure I like how you ask what the company is doing well. However I would have to say the company hires the right people. As for this survey I’m surveying the Stylist, not the Company!! Hyeon really takes the time to listen to her clients. I moved to this area after retirement and took me a while to get a great stylist. She never disappoints. Great job.

I always leave feeling great
All staff are friendly and welcoming. My stylist Anne is amazing. She has a great eye for syles that work with your hair type and features. Anne is very skilled and talented. The best part is I can style my hair at home with ease to look exactly like it did when I left the salon. That's a great cut and style job and I'm a happy and grateful customer
